Question: Or is it probably the vitamin b complex? I went from 12.9 stones to 12.2 in about 5 weeks and I am not sure what i have changed. The most I have changed is walking to the bus stop instead of getting a lift. I don't have diarrhea. I don't have diarrhea.

This whole acai berry thing is a scam. Acai berries are high in antioxidants. A diet high in antioxidant foods can help increase your metabolism. An increase in metabolism can burn more calories. More calories burned can result in weight loss. Acai berries cause weight loss! That is the "stretch" these con artists are selling. Acai berries don't have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic". Small red beans are the top antioxidant food. But they are boring and not sexy. The cleanse pills that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. There is no such thing as a fat burner. Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner. None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money? The same stretch of the imagination marketing applies to green tea capsules, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, hoodia, raspberry ketones, and african mango seed extract pills. Spending the same $2 to $10 a day on this junk would pay for a great gym membership. The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin. A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.

Hi, I have been using the acai berry supplements for a few months and found that they really helped, like yourself I only really needed to shed the last little of weight. I only needed to lose 15lbs but I also coupled these supplements with some diet and exercise. I knew diet and exercise alone would help me but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges..this is where I found the acai berry helped me. It helped to curbe those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went jogging later that night I wasn't just jogging to work off that bag of doritios I was actually working off the weight I wanted.. After a couple months I now longer needed the supplements and could manage my weight easier..but as far as which one should you take honestly my opinion is I don't think it ultimately matters, either would work. First of all, for your height and weight, your BMI is 20. That is in the "normal" BMI range. Dropping your weight to 105lbs would put you at a BMI of 16, which would be in the underweight BMI range.
