I don’t know as to why Joseph thinks it is obscure. All things are not created equal and this applies to fruits. Some digest faster which affects the levels of insulin and therefore fat storage. Low GI fruits are healthier to consume and I have listed some below:
Cherries, Plums, Grapefruit, Peaches, Peach, Apples, Pears, Dried Apricots, Grapes, Kiwi Fruit, Oranges, Strawberries and Prunes

I did this diet for 10 days and i lost 8 pounds but after the diet, i put all my weight back on. If you wanna lose weight do not do crash diets there pointless, diets never work just eat healthy and exercise and i'm sure you will lose the weight you want to.
when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

Hey Jason, raw fruits and veggies are great, most of the time you get more out of raw than cooked (there is the odd exception to this) Eating the produce raw you get more benefit from the live plant enzymes which tend to be killed off through cooking.
You will want to educate yourself on where to get your protein, vegetables have some protein, raw nuts are a very good source of protein and I'm not sure if you are allowing eggs, but eggs are a great source of protein as well. (you can have them raw in a smoothy)
For myself I found a raw food diet was a little boring, but if you educate yourself and you enjoy the way you feel, have lots of energy and listen to your body I say go for it.
