Question: I'm about 40 pounds overweight now. It's starting to get depressing. I can't take pills to lose weight because I'm 13 and because my mom would have a FIT. So since that's settled... How is the QUICKEST way to LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT RISKS OR PILLS? And without wasting money...? So any way to lose weight that's: 1) quick 2) affective 3) easy 4) no risks 5) no pills 6) no money (like no monthly or yearly payments or anything.) I'm trying to impress this guy, but I really look ugly. Please help, how do I lose weight?!?!? :*( Like... ex. how many pushups a day. how many jumping jacks a day. how many pull ups. I have an abcircle pro thing. how many minutes do i use tht for? like 3 minutes EVERYday? or just 1 after every meal? how many times do I run up/down stairs. and when? after every meal? every day? HELP ASAP PSSS ... im not allowed to walk to school, walk around stores, or hike. the biggest walking space is between my church and my house :/

Let me give you a summary of my meals in a typical day: Breakfast: A high-fiber cup of oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. A pint of coffee or green tea. Alternatively, a high-protein scrambled egg with an Anaheim or Pasadilla pepper, a handful of mushrooms, and half-cup of cheese, with a topping of Greek or Italian spices. Two bananas. Lunch: Snacking and a meal at work is one orange and two apples; ten-grain, flax-meal, psillium home-made crackers with a half-cup of spreadable soft feta; a half-cup of cinnamon-sugar almonds; a pint of coffee; a quart of water. Alternatively, a soup of clam chowder with a half-cup of added mixed seafood such as clams and octopus or split pea soup; dried figs and apricots to satisfy hunger between meals; a half-cup of cayenne-coated sunflower seeds; a quart of water. Pistacio/Almond chopped 2 Slices of "Eating Right" turkey bacon Mix ingredients in a bowl. Melt in microwave. Fill a multi-grain burrito wrap. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). First,to be effective and keep off the weight -it can't be done quicky. A couple pounds a week is best. Next, the only way to lose is not through taking pills but by reducing calories and increasing exercise. You need to cut out the sweets ,fast food,pop. Eat healthier fruits,veges,lean meats. Drink more water to feel full. You have to do cardivascular stuff like run,walking briskly,swimming,biking. It is very important to also strength train with weights. They help you build muscle quickly- and burn more calories evn at rest. There is no other magical way to lose weight. Good luck and be persisitent. Keep a journal of meals,work-outs and weight loss to refer to.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic! Get started today!

there is no real way to lose weight fast unless you want to go under the knife but the best way to get in shape is to start walking to school ( if your close enough to) or walking a dog. get enrolled in a sport that you enjoy. Hope I helped!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
