Appetite suppressant or is there a better solution?
Topic: Appetite suppressant or is there a better solution?
June 19, 2019 / By Dana Question:
I am considering getting an appetite suppressant because Im always getting hungry either right before bed, waking up in the middle of the night hungry, or waking up REALLY early in the morning hungry. This started about a year ago when I was pregnant, and I have not been able to get my appetite back to normal.
Is there something else I can do other than take appetite suppressants? And if pills are my answer, I would like it to be something natural, so what would be the best one?

There are several ways to suppress your appetite naturally. You do
not want to starve yourself as this will tell your body to hold on to
the fat already in your body.
Natural Appetite Suppressants
Pinolenic Acid is a nutrient that reduces your appetite naturally. It
also aids in the digestion of dietary fats helping weight loss. Pine
nuts contain pinolenic acid, a naturally occurring polyunsaturated fat
that actually stimulates two powerful hunger suppressing hormones.
Green Tea extract works by promoting thermogenesis, which increases
the metabolic rate, inhibiting fat digestion, and boosting your
energy. It also increases fat oxidation which helps the body use fat
as an energy source.
Coleus is an herb that promotes the breakdown of fat in the fat cells
and aids in weight loss. Coleus stimulates fat metabolism helping fat
loss when dieting.
Protein takes longer to digest and does not affect your blood sugar
in the way that carbohydrates do which suppresses the appetite by
making you feel fuller longer.
Guarana has a stimulant affect much like caffeine, it helps to boost
energy levels and suppress the appetite.
Foods That Suppress Your Appetite
Water is an easy way to suppress your appetite. If you drink an
8-ounce glass of water when you first start feeling hungry you should
notice that it curbs your appetite. If you just drink a full glass of
water and wait 10 minutes you may see that your appetite is either
completely gone or dramatically reduced.
Green vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, bokchoy, and other leafy
vegetables are very low in calories and they fill your stomach to make
you feel full, turning off the hunger signals in your brain.
Apples are a great appetite suppressing food because the bulky fiber
fills up your stomach and turns off your appetite control hormones
before you overeat.

Some diet pills like the phetermine was removed as an over the counter diet pill as a result of side effects. Latest development in the field of weight loss from an FDA approved laboratory has changed the lives of many people who always fought hard to lose weight.
I'd recommend you phentramin-d: http://p.gs/j9yzc
You don't want to take an appetite suppressant, because eventually you will have to go off of it and it will suck when the weight comes back.
If could be that you're dehydrated and you're confusing thirst for hunger (a common mistake people make), or you're not eating the right foods. It could also be hormones since you mentioned that you were pregnant. You could see a doctor about it and maybe they could determine that it's a hormone problem, who knows. Either way you want to look at why you're hungry before getting appetite suppressants.

Try eating lots of fruits and vegetables, preferably raw. These will help you control your hunger by filling you up with their fiber, and they will give you needed nutrients that your body might be craving which could be why you're so hungry. For an appetite suppressant you might try Hoodia. This is a type of cactus plant that many people think gives good results.

There is no such thing as a "natural appetite suppressant". PILLS DONT WORK. That is why there are 1000 brands. They are all fake/frauds. If there was one pill that remotely worked, it would wipe all the other 999 brands out of business. Its all smoke and mirrors that gets you to fork over $$$. Knowledge, self control and exercise are the only ways to control weight and hunger.
