So many people say to do sit-ups/crunches to tone abs. That's only half right! Sure, it tones the muscle... but it doesn't get rid of the fat that's OVER the muscle. If you want a flat stomach, do cardio for at least a half hour at LEAST 5 times a week to lose some weight along with exercises that work the abs. if you can get to the gym, they have great machines there. If not, you're stuck with sit ups and crunches. I do a half hour M-F and an hour on Sat. and Sun. I do a half hour of weight training M-F as well. I do upper body one day, and lower the next. The next week, I'll start with lower body... and so on. What you eat has a lot to do with it too. Some foods will bloat your skin and make your stomach look larger than it really is. Starchy foods like potatoes, white bread, and grains that aren't whole grain contribute to this. Carbonated beverages like soda or seltzer will bloat you. Salty foods like fast foods, frozen meals, or ramen noodles bloat you up like crazy! you say you want quick? Start eating lean protein, fiber, and drink only water. Cut out sugary drinks and foods and keep your sodium intake down. Do crunches every other day and start doing cardio. You say you're a swimmer... so swim! Swimming works just about every muscle. It'll slim you down on its own in no time. If you do all that, in about two weeks, you should notice something different.

I’ve been fortunate to always have very clear skin. 3 What face wash do you use? How often?Where do you buy it? I wash my face with Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash with Organic Tea Tree Oil in the morning and at night. I’ve never had the need to use one, but concentrated tea tree oil is supposed to be an excellent treatment. I've heard the ProActive is too harsh. 8 Do you eat junk food or healthy? I am a vegan and strive to eat very healthily. I eat antioxidant-rich fruit like blueberries, strawberries, rasberries or blackberries and have pomegranate juice every day. I also avoid greasy and processed food. Most importantly, I drink tons of water throughout the day which flushes out toxins and helps to keep my skin clear. One of my best friend’s dad is an acclaimed dermatologist, and he said that dairy is a leading culprit for acne in many people, and especially in girls and women, because of the hormones in them (cows have hormones too) that overstimulates human oil producing glands. If you consume a lot of dairy, you might want to start cutting back and eventually eliminating it for a while and see what happens. Personally, I think Organic Vanilla Soy Milk tastes much better than dairy milk anyway, and there are many soy cheeses and yogurt. He also said that a common mistake many people make is overwashing their face or using products that are too harsh; both will strip your face of the oil it needs and force your glands to then produce more to compensate. It’s best to use a gentle daily face wash (Cetaphil, Purpose, Kiehls, and Desert Essence all are great) and pat your face dry (don’t rub) with a clean washcloth. Only use a face scrub a couple times a week, and a mask just once a week or so. If you regularly wear makeup, wash your brushes and sponges frequently. Also carry antibacterial handwipes in your bag and wipe off your phone if you hold it up to your face rather than using your Bluetooth. Wash your sheets at least once a week, your pillow case twice a week if possible. Use fragrance-free detergent for sensitive skin. Most importantly, keep your chin up. Drugs are the last thing anyone should try. Best bet is to go see a nutritionist or doctor who can teach you how to lose safely and keep it off. To lose weight you should: cut out all soda and sugary drinks (it;'s hard!) don't consume anything with high fructose corn syrup (it is in a lot of things, even bread) don't eat processed foods you can eat bread, just make it whole grain and make sure it has lots of fiber (the cereal I eat has about 25% of the daily fiber recommended -- everything has labels so you should read them). No fried food little saturated fat eat protein (greek yogurt with little fat), chicken/fish. Protein builds muscle and muscle burns fat. Muscle burns calories, even when you are at rest. Steam veggies or grill them. Roasting is good too -- add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, which is good for the heart. eat salads and use vinaigrette as dressing. walk at least 30 minutes every day (or cardio 20 mins -- the best is dancing in your room to your favorite music -- this way you can dance like a freak and no one has to know! buy some dumbbells and do squats -- you can find instructions how to do these on DVD or in fitness mags, both of which you can find at your library. Here is a good smoothie recipe that is good for you too: 1 cup blueberries (or any other berry) 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt 2 teaspoonshoney 1/2 cup OJ I recommend buying the fruit frozen - it is just as nutritious and it won't spoil. I also use olive oil or something like PAM when I grill or roast. Drink water!

You have to change your eating habits, not nessecarily what you eat but portion sizes. Take little steps at a time, but you still must excercise daily. In order to get abs core circuits are most effective.

no, many women lose weight in their breasts during weight loss but not all. And i know for a fact the the butt is not the first to go LOL I have a huge rear end! i have gone through extreme weight loss and yes i did lose some of my breasts. it just depends on your body type. You wont know until you lose some weight. By body type I mean shape, metabolism, genetics, etc. There are many variables that determine where you lose the weight. Many times in order to lose any kind of fat off of your body you must do cardio exercise first and lose all over. some people just do not lose any in certain areas. Hopefully you will get the results you want.
