Diet and Exercise along with the following:
1. Eat less than 2000 calories day.
2. Workout with weights (light with many reps) 2-3 times a week. Weight training is essential for toning your muscles. Without this, your weight loss will leave you with flabby areas in your body that can be quite repulsive.
3. Do cardio exercises (ex. treadmill) about 1hr a day on non weight training days.
4. Learn to read food labels.
5. Quit sodas and stay away from sweets - especially donuts.
6. Eat low fat foods and quit junkfood, fastfood or anything with butter or mayo.
7. Watch your salt intake.
8. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
9. Get a lot of rest and sleep at least 8 hours a day.
10.Adjust your diet to include more protein and less carbs. The Southbeach Diet is an example of a good diet program.
11.Learn to choose better food like lean meat that is high in protein (sirloin, chicken breast, tuna, etc.) and good carbs (whole wheat food).
12.Eat smaller portions of food spaced evenly throughout the day, preferably 4-5 times a day. DO NOT skip meals - especially breakfast.
13.Your last meal should be consumed not less than 2 hours before bed time.
14.Do not overtrain. Your body needs time to heal.
15.Drink vitamins and incorporate a healthy smoothie (like a whey protein shake) into your meal plan every once in a while.
16.Be consistent and avoid cheating on your program - especially on weekends.

Well you see here's the thing about losing weight, the fastest way to lose weight is to eat 6 healthy small meals a day. Not eat 1 or 2 meals a day that are ok. The only pills I'd honestly say work, but be aware of the side effects, are pills that have ephedra in them, because they speed up your heart rate and bring your body temperature up, so they actually help you lose weight, rather then do anything to your appetite. HOWEVER I do not recommend ephedra unless you know you have a healthy heart and read up on the stuff prior to taking it. I myself have taken ephedra and used the protein diet to keep in good shape. I do this because the body uses carbs as fuel, and whatever the body doesnt use as fuel, it stores as fat. So if I'm not eating any carbs, then the body has no way of storing any fat, as well as it has no way of getting fuel out of the food that your eating. So your body has to go into a state of survival by using the stored fat as fuel.

I would focus on exercising for the health aspect. People who want to exercise specifically to lose weight get disappointed by results, since losing weight is a gradual and not always consistent process. Setting fitness goals (i.e., aim to run 5k, then 10k, then 15k, etc) can help keep you motivated over the longterm. But also, find an exercise you enjoy doing. Cardio (i.e., dancing, jumping jacks, running, swimming) burns fat/calories immediately, but strength training (i.e., lifting weights, push-ups) help develop muscle which burn fat/calories around the clock. Strength training can speed up your metabolism and change the shape of your body. People often neglect it in their exercise programs.

I used to be chunky and i lost alot of weight. I did it by mostly doing a lot of situps. Another thing I did was run around the block everyday like after school. I also only drank water. You can eat regularly like breakfast lunch and dinner, but absolutley no sweets. just exercise alot. it worked for me.

1200 calories a day. Eat nothing white and no red meat. Low fat is the way to go. Lot's of fresh fruits and veggies. Don't eat anything that is canned. Full of sodium. Walk, walk, walk.
