Travelling is one of the surest ways of making you constipated. You are not in familiar surroundings, your routine is not the same, you don't even know if you will be near a toilet when you get the urge. I have written two articles on constipation. I have attached the links for you. I hope you find them useful. http://www.healthmad.com/Conditions-and-Diseases/Constipation-Definition-and-Causes.131844 http://www.healthmad.com/Aging/Constipation:-Management-and-Causes-in-Adults..2408

Take a laxative for heaven sakes. Milk of Magnesia works quickly and does not cause cramping. Get the mint flavored variety (the unflavored is horrible) and if you feel like you have to pass gas, go to the bathroom.

Hi there. I kinda had the same problem and you need to increase your fibre intake a lot more. Eating pitted dates and figs will help. Eat yoghurt and try and bring your own bottle water cos it might be upsetting your stomach or something. Have half a teaspoon of epsom salts if it gets worse and you will thank me.(make sure u don't have it while you're on the plane other wise you might be stuck in the plane's toilet for quite a while...). Last but not least, avoid fatty foods cos they will clog your intestines up! :)

Could be from some type of medication you are taking? If you are constipated and not taking any type of pills, you should be checked out by a doctor. Most simple forms of constipation can be eased with a little bit of Ex-Lax.

Constipation is HORRIBLE! Make sure you really do drink lots of water and eat lots of fibre. Eat fresh fruit such as figs or drink fig juice because that's meant to help with constipation! Flying might be making you dehydrated so maybe you need to drink more water? Try and eat at least one piece of fresh fruit with every meal! That's the key to it! But if you eat too much chocolate and crisps and food which don't contain fibre it might counteract the effects. If you don't want to change your diet then I suggest you visit a doctor.

no longer something!!!!! Your son isn't constipated! some babies poo quite a few circumstances an afternoon whilst others basically do as quickly as each and every 8 days - the two are commonplace. Your toddler's digestive device is immature and needs to income the thank you to digest food. Giving supplementations to his breastmilk/formulation won't help in the long-term.

All the above tips are correct but stay away from bananas! And don't take any more medication for the time being. As they say it might be that you're stressed.

You can deal with the anal fissure in a few days (hopefully) by using hemorroid ointment (like Anusol) on the spot where it bleeds. Practising anal Kegel-exercises (flexing the anal muscles) is good for strengthening the brown-door against damage. When you know there's a big hard lump of s.h.i.t in there, best thing is to take a glycerine suppository or a soap-sliver suppository - either one will empty your butt in minutes.
