My friend and I have a bet going on to see who can lose the most weight, inches and body fat in 5 weeks. The winner get $100..I need to win this..I'm pretty sure I got this in the bag but me being competitive I don't want to take chances.
Yeah, I've completely cut out fatty/greasy foods, I've upped my water intake even though that's all I drank before, I also quit drinking, and pretty much quite my sodium intake.
I also don't eat after 6pm and I eat under 120g of carbs and 30g of fat..my caloric intake has reduced down to 1200.
I am eating 4 small meals a day.
I don't know what else I can do.
I've heard of PX90, it's pretty expensive but I'm willing to try it.

You need to do cardio and lift weights. Do some light weight lifting for starters followed by cardio (20 min.) You will build more muscle doing cardio afterwards, up to 16% more muscle. More muscle will help you burn fat. There are no quick fixes. Dieting will not work. Changing your body is a lifestyle change. Choose better foods. The Zone is a very good source to learn what moderation and balance of food to eat. You will have to sweat. This will take work. Make sure you drink plenty of water and take fish oil everyday.

combine your resistance training with short bursts of high intensity cardio to increase your post workout calorie burn

Cardio. Running, step master. Stuff like that. You can try, if you dont mind buying or finding a copy online PX90..google it, it works

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
