Topic: diet pills?
December 15, 2019 / By Cyrilla Question:
I am 19 and want to lose about thirty pounds, does anyone know of a good diet pill. I want something that will help me lose weight, I don't want to waste my money. And in the past when I have tried weight loss pills they gave me anxiety and shortness of breathe or it made my heart race. Is there a pill that I can take and aoid those side effects?

Unfortunately if you had those symptoms with diet pills before, you're likely to have them again. Most diet pills on the market raise your blood pressure and increase your heart rate to some degree. What affects you one way may affect another person quite differently. I suggest you talk to your doctor about a plan. I think using food as a weapon is one of the best antidotes out there. I lost about 50lbs last year with Weight Watchers. Its easy and about the cost of a weekend meal once a week. You could easily lose the 30lbs you need by summer.

Not really. There are some that have ingredients that can act like appetite suppressants, but in my experience, I start to tolerate them after a while and they lose any effect. Frankly, I think all the pills on the market are a waste of money. You will always find somebody who had success with a diet or diet product, but anecdotes don't equal facts. The key to weight loss is eating less and exercising more. Your body needs to use more calories than you are taking in. Track your food and your exercise to see how you are doing.
If you are talking about the kind of pills you can get at almost any store, then NO. They also have adverse effects on your liver. Even the ones you get from the doctor have these side effects. The one they are going to put OTC in the summer, you used to have to have an RX for, has all these and more side effects. If you really want to lose weight and be successful a natural method is the way you should go. I only have experience with one system working and personally know about 20 people who are happy with the results and how easy the system is. The link below will take you to a site where you can learn more about it and purchase it. Hope you find what your looking for.

Trust me, diet pills don't work in the way you'd like them to work.
You have a better chance of gaining the weight you'd lose plus more if you used them.
If you want to lose thirty pounds, work on drinking more water, upping your exercise, and eating more healthy foods. You may also want to check out MyFoodDiary.com, because it helps you see what foods to eat, gives you a calorie limit for the day, etc. You'll need to plan on losing 1-2 lbs a week, at MOST in order to keep the weight off in the long run, so just be patient and do your best.

a friend and i were taking stacker 3 together, but i had to quit because it kept giving me nausea and migraines, but it's working wonders for her. she's also running 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week and eating low cal/low fat foods. diet pills are terrible for your health, but i don't think i agree with people who say they don't work. if anything, don't take a diet pill. pick and eat foods that are low in fat and low in calories, and even running/speed walking a mile can help a lot. that's what i do, and i've lost 23lbs in a couple of months.

Taking pills was a huge turn off but looking at slimquick they actually had some alternatives. - they have packets that mix into water- try these you can get mixed berry or lemonade flavor. You are also hydrating and don't need to swallow horse pills! I have lost about 20lbs in just over 2 months and feel awesome. you can look them up online-they also have some pretty neat tools. good luck, cheers
