I'm 16 years old and I have a very busy schedule with school, work, and friends. I'm not overweight, but I am looking to lose a generous amount of weight. I generally eat fairly healthy, but I am currently working on adapting a healthier diet. What are some tips for my age and lifestyle to lose weight easy, quick, and effectively?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

hi Morgan, surely you can loose weight, and with easy methods too.
But for that you have to be fully devoted yourself to some rules that a fit body demands.
I explain you on base of my own experience; I lost 15 kg weight in 3 months.
Just follow the following points, if you miss any one of these, you can't successfully achieve your goal:
1.Fix time-table: you have to make a poper time-table including your meal timings, exercise routine etc.
2.Exercise: you need to focus on burning calories and can think of running, cycling etc. For me running worked best. Initially do it for 30 min regularly, increase time upto an hour gradually.
3.diet: one of the most important key factors. As you said you are eating wrong, here you need to fix the cause seriously. Have a six time meal and never think of dieting. Include food that have low fat. Focus on salad and fruits a lot. In 3 meals out of 6, you should depend on salad and fruits. And on rest of 3 meals, focus on low fat but healthy meal, that include lentils, pulses, low fat dairy products etc. Remember however you worked hard is going to be a waste if your diet is wrong.
4.water: very essential, you need 8-10 glasses daily. I used to have lemon mixing in water with a little salt: squeeze some lemon drops in a little warm water with a pinch of salt and drink the full glass everyday.
5.sleep: you need 7-8 hours sleep regularly. As i said above make a proper time table, set your daily routing and be consistent on it.
In spite of all above points, you can also try breathing exercises, if you know 'Pranayam' and can do it 20 min regularly, that is much better. Just type pranayam and youtube will show you a lot of videos of it. You need 'kapalbhati' and 'anulom-vilom' pranayams to loose weight.
Last but not the least, stay focus on routine and be positive, be happy, away from negative energies and anger. I guarrantte if you follow my rules you will see the difference after one month.
