Topic: Why do I lose weight when I eat late at night?

So for the past week I have been limiting my calories to 1200 and not eating past like 7:30-8, in an attempt to lose weight.I have been staying the same weight all week. Last night, I was out with friends and ate a whole bag of goldfish at like one in the morning, plus some gummi worms and a few oreos. When i woke up the next morning, it said I lost two pounds!! This has happened more than once. I will be really good about eating and barely lose any weight but then the one night I blow it, I will weigh less in the morning. Does anyone know what is causing this?

your weight fluctuates around two pounds every day. you can have a slightly different weight at different parts of the day. you lose weight while you're sleeping, then gain it back when you eat the next day.
sleep in a cold room sleeping in a cold room is a best way to force your body to heat itself up for hours
find the right diet for your individual body because there are many ways are there to lose weight just find what works for you
ditch the mayo cheese and top bun if you want to scrape off 250 calories from a restaurant sandwich
give your protein extra low calorie flavor by adding a salsa or chutney instead of a gooey cream sauce
