Question: Ok so I am a 14 year old girl with very tiny bones and I am 5'0 flat...my doctor says I should be 100 pounds...as my healthy weight because I am apparently done growing. I am 126, and I have a little bit of pudge on my stomach and pudgy thighs...how do I lose this fat? I am going to Aruba soon and I would really like to look cute in my bikini. I don't need to lose inches, I am already size 1. Help? Also, I hate milk. Should I drink it anyways? Would it help?

Don't really know but....drinkin' green tea three times a day can make you loose weight so try it.

Concentrate on losing/burning fat. When you lose fat you will achieve the toned look, look slimmer, leaner and overall better. You can try P90X , but P90X costs $125 and it takes 90 days for results. I'm 16 , same height & 140. I walk 1 mile twice a week. Try getting a 30 min workout in 4 times a week (it doesnt have to be in a gym). If your dieting you should take in 1000-1300 calories a day. Never less than 800 thats starving yourself (i know people that have done that & ended up in the hospital). Don't eat 1000 bad calories.. use the food pyramid as your guide get all the servings in. Burn more calories than you consume to start loosing the weight. Btw, dont pressure yourself to loose more than 10lbs a week (thats not good). Best of Luck !

You should talk to your doctor before beginning any serious weight loss plan, and yes, 26 pounds is serious. You need to make sure that this is really a health situation, and not an appearance issue. And the only effective way to lose weight and keep it off is through a balanced, low-fat diet and regular exercise.

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier.
