10 pounds in 2 weeks? Not unless you completely cut them out of your diet, and did even more exercise than that.
The main cause of fat buildup is sugar, and starches--found in white rice, white bread, and basically all white flour--break down into sugar. If you want to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, you'll have to really exercise some self-restraint and eat no white rice/bread/flour and cut yourself off from junk food of all kinds. You can have a little bit of peanut butter chocolate a day, but make sure you read the nutrition facts.
You can have around 30 grams of sugar(NOT including fruit) per day. If you can limit yourself to 10 grams of artificial sugar, you'll be doing yourself a huge favor. Also, I'd highly recommend starting to train yourself to like dark chocolate if you don't already. The fat content in peanut butter chocolate is very high, so it's not a good idea to use up your sugar on it, since it'll take more of it to satisfy you.
Dark chocolate is the #1 healthiest snack food for you, since if you eat 1-2 squares of it a day it gets you a ton of antioxidants and nutrients like iron. Also, pomegranates are absolutely delicious and very good for you, while still being sugary without causing cravings.
As for exercise, just doing crunches will not do much, sadly. You'll need to engage in some more rigorous activities to really burn off fat.

It's up to you to fight these urges. You have to be dedicated to being healthy. It's not just about how you look... it's about your health and what that crap does to your insides. If you are avoiding taking chemical appetite suppressants... think of what is in fast food products! Go watch Supersize Me.
The longer you avoid that stuff, the easier it gets to pass it up. You will find your cravings will come up less often, and subside more quickly.
skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat storing starvation mode making it harder to burn calories

Get a used copy of "New Diet Revolution" off of Amazon Books. People lose weight really well on the Atkins diet - and this is his little book. Atkins can walk you through this.
It's really important to get off the sugar - not for two weeks but for the rest of your life.
Once you get rid of the blubber you want to lose, then Atkins has another diet where you add back carbs - but they're all complex carbs. Really... the highly glycemic carbs like bread and rice and sodas and candy are killing the American citizens. A full 2/3 of Americans are now big fat slobs.

Eat 80% raw and you will start to lose weight rapidly, you can expect about a 9 pound loss in a week or two. Half will be water weight, but still. Its encouraging.
This means eat fruit and vegetables and water all day and your one meal (dinner) you can eat your peanut butter chocolate if thats what you want to waste your calories on, but I recommend you expend it on some protein like chicken or fish (salmon).
Also be sure to eat lots of almonds and almond milk for protein if you really are going to eat junk food like peanut butter chocolate.

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving

Yes and no. Some junk food is ok, but too much is not. If your eating tons of junk food everyday then it'll be hard to lose weight. But if you stay relatively active and eat healthy food with only occasional junk food, then you should be good to go! Hope that helps!
