Question: i have tried lots of stuff to get rid of these fats... since i got here in canada i continue to gain wt. from 110 lbs-130 lbs. and that's a lot. i believe that i'm just eating enough and just the same amount as when ia m still in the Philippines. i even have an exercising routine which i think can makes me fit. i really don't know what is this all about and i am not sure what the hell is going on with my metabolism.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

You might be eating the same amount of food that you always have, but you may be eating foods higher in fat. North Americans consume more fatty foods than most places, so you really have to watch what you eat. Avoid all those delicious processed foods and you should lose the weight.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Sometimes you have to force your body to burn with the right foods. High protein, low carb, lots of fruits, veggies and water. Small changes in your diet will add up to the weight loss you desire, not to mention the inches. Exercise is great, but weight loss is more about food.

Humans were never meant to eat the fatty processed rubbish that we idiots have developed. We were never meant to travel by car everywhere. We were our own downfall thinking that convenience was a good thing for us all and now we wonder why we struggle to keep weight off. I am not a thin person preaching. I need to lose quite a lot of weight. I am watching calories and making sure the food I put into my mouth is quality and healthy and it's working. I am exercising because I know this is what our bodies were designed to do and because I drive to work, I have to spend time after work undoing the damage done during the day by sitting on my backside. I know I would rather live for a long time as a healthy person, than trying to find a miracle cure or tablet, or starving myself or purging, just to be skinny.
