Question: So i started diet and i just started going to the gym to lose weight for summer, but i need more motivation. So i wont give up. What are some instagram pages i can follow that show real life people before and after weight loss pics? or motivational pics of athletes, ect?

No pictures motivate you better or inspire you to loose wright than your own pictures. Some of the pictures you find are photoshopped or even touched up. So, it's your body and it's your will to succeed your goal to lose weight all depends on yourself. Take a picture of yourself at your peak with no make up, bad hair and the worst dress you can find to put it in front of your refrigerator to basically causing you nightmare. In another album you begin to take improved pictures of yourself every month preferably in a bikini or tshirt with shorts and your weight, measurement on record. You never know at the end of your ordeal, you could look back with pride even be a poster girl for some commercial products on how you did it. '

This way, you are exercising, fighting boredom, and do not have to sweat in the gym for hours afterwards. This random 7-10 minutes activities will roll at the end of the day into a full gym session! 9. Use "I will show them all" technique (sparingly). Think about the mean people who teased you, the girl who refused to go out with you, a sneering sales person in the clothes shop, imagine them all, and "show them" - run fast, kick high, and end being and feeling gorgeous!
