Question: People tell me i have to get my body fat to 8% if i want visible abs, but i also have to eat like, at least 100 grams of protein everyday. how the hell can i do both? if i eat that much food, isn't that gonna INCREASE my body fat? and i do workout 4-5 days a week, 40-50 minutes each session.

Hi Leon You are going to find a lot of contradicting info in the body building and diet world. This is in part because we have varying metabolisms and genetics. What works for one doesn't for all. That said, there are basic rules. This 8% body fat you're gunning for is nearly olympic class as a goal. You sure that's what you want? As for visible abs, are we talking six or eight pack? The latter is much harder to maintain, the former not so bad. The protein will not increase your body fat percentage with your kind of work out as long as you do both aerobic and anaerobic exercise protocols in your program. The aerobic is essential for your goals, for the fat in Camper's Fascia is behind the abdominal muscles and will lessen the effect you are trying to achieve. Generally as far as Meats are concerned Lean is the recommended Chicken without Skin Fish Grilled and no more then will fit in the Palm of your hand and No more then a 1/2 inch thick Daily. Though others say that is to much so Maybe Mix up your Eating habits with Vegetarian say 3 days a week or see a Nutritionist for Professional advice/solution ?

Protein powder is a pretty efficient way to get protein without a lot of calories, a lot of the good brands have like 20 grams per 120-150 calories. Plus you can have abs WAY above 8%, generally you will start seeing abs at like 10-13% body fat. 8% is like body building competition level stuff.

If you are wanting to hold yourself to a routine and you are seriously committed, then I think it would be in your best interest to join some kind of fitness group. I am a coach for Beachbody and you wouldn't have to do that per say, but I think you really would benefit from joining a team and having professional advice for you questions. your on your way you have to make sure your diet is in order an that you are exercising enough cut out sugars, cut out carbs eat more proteins an essential fats. only eat necccesary carbs train abs everyother day an be active an lift weights as well.. to keep solid

I just did crazy sit ups. I do 101 sit ups in a row, with 10 second breaks between every sit up to retain energy while maintaining the burn. Then i drink milk afterwards. It helps double muscle mass. Try this and you will see a difference for sure.
