Hey, the past few days my stool has been coming out in thin strips and there's been some weird clear fluid coming out too with some blood in it, and my butt has been making a bunch of farting sounds and stuff when i try to go, so i'm pretty sure that means that only a little bit of air is coming out. That brings me to my next point, after a few days of going to the bathroom every 10 minutes, I realized i'm 99% positive I have a giant hard stool blocking my colon. I'm trying to go to the bathroom now and push it out, but it's impossible. I've been constipated before, but never this bad. I took like 5 stool softeners last night, and even the night before that. I ate 5 prunes around an hour ago, and still nothing. I don't know what to do. I think maybe the stool softeners/water i've been having are only affecting what's farther in my intestines, but not what's about to come out. I might be wrong though, I don't know much about the human body. Does anyone know how to help the stool "next in line" come out? I can feel it kinda coming out, but it's still a pain. I've been constipated before but it's never been near this bad. I just bought a thing of prunes, so if those will help then I'll have more. I just really want to go. Also, if prunes will help the next in line, how long will it take? I don't want to wait because I'm scared it'll just get even harder over time. Thanks!

You probably need to improve your diet as you seem to have a constipation problem.
For constipation, castor oil is very good for a one-off remedy as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22c... but it is unsuitable for regular use.
For constipation, suppositories, laxatives, fiber supplements and enemas are all totally unnecessary if you eat the right foods.
All fruit and vegetables in very large amounts are laxative.
You need to permanently change your diet or you are likely to get colon cancer.
Constipation can make you extremely unwell and can lead to colon cancer as it causes a build up of carcinogenic toxins in the system.
The intake of foods such as milk, cheese, white rice, white flour and red meat should be restricted, because they tend to contribute to constipation.
Any food that has had the fiber stripped out, the nutrients processed out or slows down the digestion is a constipation culprit. Here's a list of foods shown to cause constipation problems:
•Meats, especially fatty meats, red meat and processed meats,
•Dairy Products, such as cheese, ice cream and whole milk,
•Fast Foods – burgers, French fries and other fried foods, pizza, etc.,
•Refined grains, like white rice or any refined white flour products,
•Highly starchy foods – white potatoes, corn and all refined grains,
•Pastries and other high sugar products, such as cakes, cookies and pies,
•Deep-fried foods, chips and other foods that are high in bad fats.

This question is odd, I don't think I understand. Many people drink green tea. How do you mean, 'work'? Define better in relation to coffee. I am certain that both coffee and green tea are fluids that you can drink.
I don't drink green tea, in fact, I hate tea. I created myself a sort of super meal. I usually take around a pound of yogurt, but you can half that with a bowl and spoon, and mix it with 2 packets of organic green tea (remove the tea from the bag), a fair amount of mixed nuts, raisins, and freshly ground flax seed. You get many things you could want out of a meal just like that. It's very simple, affordable, and so delicious. Today I had this mix with lime yogurt, it was orgasmic.
As I said, I hate drinking tea. I imagined how I could consume the tea without really tasting it. Mixing it with oatmeal was no good. It instantly turned the oatmeal into oats with green tea drink on top. Yogurt turned out to be a perfect fit, assuming you don't let the tea sit in the yogurt for hours. I've read many places that green tea is supposed to be very good for you. I can't state anything relating to that, but I know the mix I suggested is delicious. I think it's important to use a flavor of green tea you really enjoy. I think the flavor I use is rosemary peach mango, I love the way it smells in their little pouches.
Drink plenty of water that helps. Eat more veggies, fruits, & whole grains. Also black strap molasses with warm milk. Also do some exercise to get your body to push it out.

Use a glycerine suppository, or insert a nugget of plain soap as a suppository - no side effects, and either one will make you do a s.h.i.t in 20 mins or thereabouts.

take "milk of magnesia" and wait about 3 hours and it should work..when you go to take a shhiitt lift your feet off the ground and you will be pushing more.
