You can't just boost your immune system. That statement is meaningless. It's only used by those trying to sell you useless poducts, and has no basis in medical science.
Your immune system isn’t a muscle that you can strengthen by exercise or diet. The only remotely plausible step you can take to strengthen immunity is to get vaccinated.
The human immune system is a complex series of interactions. The whole immune system is maintained by an elegant series of regulatory cells, proteins, and other molecular regulators.
To indiscriminately disrupt ("boost") any part of this network would be disastrous to the host. The concept of "boosting" the immune system is actually part of what occurs in autoimmune diseases, or as Paul Ehrlich called it, "Horror Autotoxicus".
Just maintain a healthy lifestyle, its the best you can do. Get a flu shot if you want to do your best to avoid becoming sick from a flu infection.
EDIT: Blessed, which part of the immune system is "boosted" with your products? The humoral immune system, the cellular immune system, the innate immune system, the adaptive immune system?
What is the mechanism of this "boost"?
Is the "boost" a general increase in immune activity, or are certain targets of the immune response "boosted" more than others?
How is the "boost" regulated?
What keeps the "boost" from activating parts of the immune system that are harmful to the host (autoimmunity or hypersensitivity)?
Looking forward to your reply.
