Question: I realise I can't depend on them wholly and I already exercise and eat healthily. If I begin to take these to supplement my healthy eating and exercise, will they have an effect?

Personally everyone I know that tried them said they were a waste of money. The directions say to eat healthy and exercise. Now you are already eating and exercising, and If you take them you may lose weight, but how can you decipher between whether it was the acai or the exercise.

no! it will not work ! keep exercise - the best exercise for you is to walk and run! if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this: EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS 1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!! 2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km! 3) L-Carnitine!!! if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice

This whole acai berry thing is a scam. Acai berries are high in antioxidants. A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism. An increase in metabolism can burn more calories. More calories burned can result in weight loss. Acai berries cause weight loss! That is the big "stretch" these con artists are selling. Acai berries don't have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic". The "cleanse" pills that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. There is no such thing as a "fat burner ". Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner. None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money? The same "stretch of the imagination" applies to the green tea, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, and african mango seed extract pills out there. Spending the same $2 to $5 a day on this junk would pay for a great gym membership. The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin. A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.
