Hi any help would be greatly apperciated!!! I am 15 years old and weigh 164 pounds i am also 5-6. But i am not "fat" or anything almost 2/4 of my body is muscle because i play basketball and soccer for my local high school. I need to loose belly fat so i can get ready for spring break i cut out soft drinks and fast foods and have been watching what i eat but nothing is working!!! Please help!!
