Can anyone give me a fantastic diet weight loss plan? Diet and exercise included :) I'm 150 want to get back down to 130 by summer. Help!

The best diet is the one you keep and do not venture away from. Literally a diet means the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats. The best foods to eat are those with the most minimal amount of processing. Raw foods are great and if you like salads, even better. But watch our for those salad dressings. Often times they ruin the entire nutrition of the meal by packing in extra fats and calories.
First things first, drink LOTS of water. Steer clear of soda and juice for sure. Sugars are quickly turned into fat and have surprisingly high caloric amounts. Also remove anything with refined or white sugar.
Other things to watch are the processed carbohydrates. This is donuts and other food we would commonly refer to as junk. Also be very careful with bread and other white flour foods as they lack any nutritional value. This is also referring to crackers and basically any grain that is not in its natural state. Quinoa is very high in protein and is an excellent choice in grains. Brown rice is also another great option and the fibre will assist in cleaning out your colon which can help you shed unwanted pounds.
To lose 20 pounds you will need to do a combination of reducing your caloric intake and burning calories through exercise. The total required is 70,000 calories. Make sure your work out contains between 30-45 minutes of aerobic workout (and I don't mean the Richard Simmons classes although if you like them that works too)... Say for instance you walk briskly to the store which is a few miles away instead of taking the car. You would be doing your weight, lungs, heart, and the environment a big favor.
Lastly, the most important thing about weight loss is to make sure that you are not striving to be something that you are not. If you are the right height to carry 150 lbs, eat a good diet regularly, and exercise, that is nothing to be ashamed of. Lose weight to be healthy, not to fit into some societal expectation that women are supposed to look a certain way.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.
you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Measure out and about that bowl of cereal or perhaps oatmeal, including the fruit, crazy, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you add to it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons on hand instead of eyeballing.

For permanent weight loss you need to do as you are eat less exercise more.
What is your daily caloric intake? Did you know that eating too LITTLE can hinder your success? You should strive for 6 smaller meals instead of 3 "pig outs".
NEVER leave anything out of your diet that you like it's just that brownie should be a couple of bites not the whole dish.
Work in more exercise by walking across parking lots not from the front door. Steps not elevators. Walk on your lunch breaks if not more than 5 minutes.
Good luck and remember the bull about your intestines have built up crud is BS so do not fall for such stupidity. Good luck just eat a lot healthier to jump start.
And yes if you are truly trying there could be a medical problem so go get a physical.
List should be based on YOUR foods not mine or anyone elses. Just use your COMMON SENSE you know what is or is not good for you on a daily consistent basis.
Your "excess baggage" consist of about 5-12 lbs at maximum!
