Other than watching what you eat and exercise, is there something else you do to help YOU loose weight? (example... eat a grapefruit everyday, drink green tea, etc.)

Okay...I only started two Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 9 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. Just make sure you eat healthy every three to four hours so your body will perform at its max.

Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

Just hard work and a little discipline. Eating grapefruit is just another healthy eating choice not a trick. Green tea is great for your overall health but the only real weight loss benefit is that you drink it hot and it heats you up thus burning calories. Ever wondered whats in those pills you buy for weightloss in the grocery store? Try eating a hot pepper. For God's sake don't bite it! Cut it in half and swallow only half of it with a full glass of water like you're swallowing a pill. It's called themogenics, you'll sweat believe me. if you're not an adult don't try this without parental permission and supervision...If you are an adult..make sure all your friends are there for moral support (tell them bring digital cameras!!) Well, I don't know of a weight loss trick but I do know that our stomach has "memory cells". <-- Those are the reason why people gain weight again after they've completed a diet. You see, in order to "reset" your memory cells, you must be on the diet you chose for over a year. That way you won't gain twice the weight you worked so hard to lose. Also, taking your time to chew your food helps digest your food quicker therefore less fat is absorbed by your body. You can eat anything you want, as long as it's a reasonable amount. Don't over stuff yourself. Really, the only way to lose weight safely, is by eating healthy and exercising. I hope I was able to help.

it's what all the celebs use to get so skinny, but you have to actually research how to use it. for example 15 days max and taking benedryl so the receptors it works with can work again and taurine supplements. and you still have to diet and work out for it to work. so, if you're just looking for a miracle pill you can pop and lose weight with w/o putting in any work, don't waste your money. if you are willing to put in the work, it can help you lose weight.
