Hi I already have the acai pills I bought at vitimin world. I dont feel comfortable with those free trials. My boyfriends uncle gave me a gazelle today. Do you think that with me taking the pills and exercising on the gazelle i'll lose weight by christmas?

Do you think that with me taking the pills and exercising on the gazelle i'll lose weight by christmas? Note: His uncle gave it to me because I asked for it at his house. He was going to make me pay for it but I detailed his car. so he just gave it to me.

Acai pills don't work, but as we all know exercise does. I know that sucks to hear (i hate it when people say that) but it's true.

Id recommend a ketogenic diet cycled with 1 day of carbs for fast & effect weight loss without any loss of muscle. Keep a good weights workout with at least 2 HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training) sessions. HIIT examples is a 30 second sprint with 1 minute walk over 20 minutes. Higher intensities= more fat burning hormones and plus takes less time than 1 hour of slow jogging.
Example of diet
Mon - Sat (Low Carb & high fat) Sun (High Carb low Fat)
Everyday eat at least 1g protein per pound of bodyweight.

Acai pills are a placebo. You don't need them to lose weight.
If you stick with the gazelle constantly from now until Christmas, you will lose weight.

Not very likely. Your obesity is probably due to some imbalances in your cognition. On a more positive note your boyfriend's uncle probably gave you the machine on the express wishes of your boyfriend. The prick isn't man enough to call you fat to your face. He has to insinuate it by having his uncle give you a work-out machine.
Ditch this guy, he's nothing but trouble.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

get familiar with quinoa a wonderful grain thats easy to cook and goes great with sauteed vegetables or mushrooms

I would say that you shouldn't eat more than your current healthy eating regimen for a full four days.
Have a lot of food on Christmas but try to get back on schedule the next day. I do not want to be a killjoy, but four days of overeating might result in losing your way for quite some time. This is true because to too casually go back to old eating habits even for a few days might trigger a relapse into those same old eating habits and it could take weeks before you get back on your diet or you might get knocked off your diet for a full year or more. Again, I am not trying to be a killjoy so please let me relate a brief example.
This past Thanksgiving I had two large meals instead of one reasonable meal and some fruit snacks, a diet, which had helped me to lose weight since the middle of last July, to the tune of 75 pounds. Yet from overeating just one day I found myself ravenous for a big meal the next day and the upshot is that it was only with the greatest difficulty that I was able to get back to my Thanksgiving weight yesterday morning. For just over three weeks or so I have been in a donnybrook with myself to get back on track.
Now, there is no way that if you eat four days and can honestly go back to your exact same schedule that your body will betray you such that your diet will be knocked off into some weird vortex where you will not be able to lose weight or will do so at an inordinately slow pace. That is, physically you will be fine; the danger is that psychologically you might launch yourself into a tailspin from which you might have a hard time getting back on track.
This sense of something being amiss might just be your budding realization that you are fooling yourself.
Believe me, I also would love to eat a full four days before going back onto my diet, but I know that all might be lost if habits of overindulgence reassert themselves.
Hell, I even worry about eating too excess on Christmas day but, heck, I will not be around a homecooked meal for nearly another year so I will eat too much, perhaps just enough to go another three weeks in a state of limbo trying to break into a serious diet phase again. Ergo the question for me now is is even one day too much?!!!
