Ok so here's the deal. Im 19, 5'6", 154 lbs and a size 13. I had my son 3 months ago. Its not that easy to get to the gym so id like some AT HOME excersise ideas. I dont have free weights either so dont suggest anything that involves them. Im also not into Yogo or pilates so dont suggest that either. I just want some workouts.

go to sparkpeople.com it's a great website that is FREE by the way, they have a great personal plan for people trying to lose weight. They will ask you questions and design your plan for you, such as your meals, WORKOUTS, and set goals for you. They also have a lot of chat rooms where people join to support each other. It is a really great website, hope u enjoy it!
