I wanna loose weight SO bad, I'm 15 years old and I weigh 62kg, I hate my body shape + I feel SO FAT & UGLY !!! :'( ijusy wanna be skinny; does anyone know how I can achieve being 50kg by the end of this year. I eat a lot of junkfood and I can't stop myself ' to be honest I don't eat a lot of food I only eat junk food & drink a lot of fizzy drinks, how can I stop myself from eating this and guys I don't want to have to do ANY excercise!

Okay, calm down. I know how you feel, but no matter how you feel, I'm sure you have the potential to be even more beautiful than you are right now. If you want it, you have to work for it. I'm sorry, but if you take short cuts in life, sometimes life will cut you short. You need to exercise, and be an opportunist about it. If you're home alone, run up and down the stairs - carefully of course. Unfortunately for you, junk food is just one of the many temptations that get us into trouble. You don't have to deprive yourself, but what do you want more, a nice healthy body, or the junk food? Find out where your loyalties lie and learn to say no. You have to increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Eat more vegetables than fruits, but make sure fruit is your main source of sugars. Fizzy drinks and cakes and chocolates just won't cut it on a daily basis. I'm not saying you shouldn't have treats, but be sensible with them. You can eat nuts for snacks if you like them(high in protein) and eggs. For me I don't eat meat or dairy because I'm a vegetarian with a lactose intolerance. Up your intake of water and spread it throughout the day when your body needs it. Switch white bread for brown bread, but even for that, make sure you exercise before you eat it so you know you've earned it. If you eat rice, make it brown rice. Do squats at the sink, sit ups before bed, and pushups when you wake up and whenever you can do jumping jacks. Walk, walk, and more walking helps! Tidy up fast that way it doesn't consume your day but it's intense movements. Choose exercises you like. For example, I hate running on a flat surface, but I love cycling, and I hate group sports, but I like dancing and swimming. Hope this helps.
P.S If you think you can lose weight just by making tiny portions, and not exercising, you're wrong. I did that once at 13. I crash dieted and it seriously messed me up(and the weight went back on). You're growing and your body needs nutrients.
