Obviously, don't listen to the person who posted before me. You're a pretty good weight, but you could lose 5 pounds or so. Well, I'm on my school track team, which is a great way to stay in shape, but since you don't like running, I'll tell you what my workout routine for weekends:
1. Run for 30 minutes on treadmill. (Stationary bikes also work, if you don't have a treadmill, you could run outside, or skip this step. If you do have a treadmill, start out slow, get faster, and then slow down at the end.)
2. 20 squats. (You can do these with or without an exercise ball.)
3. Jumprope for 5 minutes, rest for two. (Repeat two or three times)
4. Lift weights (If you're younger than 20, like me, no more than 10 pounds, 5 would be better)

-These are all better to do on a carpeted floor, but it's not necessary.
-If you get sick of the same routine every day, put on some music and dance like crazy for awhile! That's a great way to get in some fun aerobic exercise. Good luck!!! :)
