Question: I recently gained about 15lbs from taking some medicine called Prednisone. I want to lose this weight as quickly as possible, but i do want to do it in a healthy way. Since I have some health problems I have to cut out all sugar for a skin condition I have, that includes cutting out fruit and starchy vegetables like corn or potatoes. I also am not suppose to have many carbs with this skin disorder because carbs turn to sugar i guess... I am out of idea's what to eat. I've been just eating chicken and vegi's all day. As of now I work out 30 minutes on a stationary bike and eat around 1200 calories a day. I have not lost ANY weight! I am 16, so this makes it especially hard. I'm just really frustrated now! Any help you can give would be much appreciated!

It was last New Year's when I decided to lose weight. I was 318 pounds and couldn't even look in a mirror. One day I was in a store buying food and a child came up to me and poked my belly and asked me when my baby was going to come and I wasn’t even pregnant. Anyways after 2-3 months of taking useless diet pills and abs monster machines and all that crap I was reading online and came across a site called http://boyels.com . After reading it and watching the video I decided to try it out and see where it took me. I must say it was probably the best choice in my whole life. Eight months later I'm weighing in at 187 pounds with a visible 4 pack of abs (working on the 6 pack). I still use the program today and I tell you the main thing is to never give up no matter which way you decide to lose weight and always push yourself further then the day before because in the end all that is needed is the determination to do what you want to do. Although exercise is great it is not necessary. However, an exercise that you can do as suggested by some other posts are sit-ups. Put a ball about the size of a soccer ball behind your back so as you come back to the floor you get extra extension and build more muscle. Breakfast: An egg with whole grain bread or your half cup of oatmeal, millet is also great. Lunch--whole grain bread with almond or cashew butter and a piece of fruit.. or can of sardines in water or tomato sauce--no peanuts as they have mold and a lot of people are really allergic and don't know it. Dinner--salad without dressing--flavor with oregano, cracked pepper, salt (Morton lite salt), crushed red pepper, small amount of nuts... one serving of chicken, fish, turkey, or pork--stay away from deli meats--they're high in salt. Do not drink diet drinks--they actually make you gain weight. Use stevia as a sweetener. Back to dinner. Definitely a vegetable like broccoli, green beans, collard greens, carrots, and small serving of potatoes, sweet potatoes or rice.
