Question: I have asked this question before, but i didnt really get the answers i was hoping for. Right now i am dieting and only eating 1200 calories a day (sometimes more if i burn a lot of calories from working out) I also drink a lot of cold water because i have heard that your body burns some calories heating it up (not a lot but still) I also work out about three times a week, sometimes everyday if its a sports season or something. Well i am not exactly getting the results i am hoping for from this routine (even though i havent done it for that long) I am really impaitient and i guess you could say i have a bad body image of myself. I really want to lose weight but whenever i do its only a small amount that took forever to burn off. Can you give me some ways to lose weight fast and in a sort of easy way. I dont want to have to starve myself, plus when i did do that it still didnt work all that well. I also dont want to work out all of the time. I am probably being picky, but is there an answer to this? Please include details, approximatley how fast it will work, how long ill have to do it, etc I also dont want to have to spend money on this, what i mean is i dont want to have to buy some video or something. THANKS!!! I also dont want to have to only eat vegetables and fruit and foods that taste like crap. I sound really picky >.<

Try some different vegan/vegetarian/tai/korean recipes. Them veggies are good if you can cook em right. You don't have to just eat them raw for the benefits. If you're into noodles I'd try Chopchae- it's one of my favourites and I'm a spoilt/picky "murican" kid. :P Different exercise routines also help your body. When you do the same thing everyday(or so often) your body gets used to it. When it's not as prepared for your workout you seem to burn more. (Keep it guessing!) Go on short sprints around your neighborhood a few times a week, but also be sure to go for a much longer, slower run sometime too. If you can get into a pool or a body of water, swim! Swimming is great exercise. Not quite as efficient as swimming, but it's change. If you're just stuck at home or something, take 15-20 minutes to dance to some songs. More often then not some family member will walk in my room and see me dancing like an idiot. But it's my not-so-secret way to lose weight. Plus it's fun! :) When you get the chance.. Hop on a bike instead of a car or truck, take the stairs instead of the lift and when someone asks if you could grab them the remote/whatever offer to go up and get it. Depending on what exercise you do, you have to work longer or shorter. I also can't give you a time because I don't know your schedule. YOU have to make time when you see fit.

It's a simple process that can not be altered. "Lose more calories then you consume". Simply establish a diet of which will allow you to consume small proportions of calories and exercise to help lose those calories. Also, be sure not to skip meals as you can not lose weight if you skip them.

Wow! Lmbo, in order to achieve change in your body. You have to change your kifestyle. Food intake/activity everyday. Fitness and being fit is not easy! It takes A LOT of patience and time. It takes alot of sweating and soreness. & you dont have to stave yourself, eat 5 healthy small portions a day. But seriously, if you didnt get the answer u wanted before its because it doesnt exsist. Its dedication what gets u results.
