Iam size 16 ..I would luv to be 12 or less ... I feel this is not a fad diet .. but Im v fond of tea ... so will it do for me or nope?

Most all commercial diets will work. It's the dieter that doesn't.
Weight control is best accomplished with a lifestyle change. It
requires proper nutrition, exercise, calorie management, motivation,

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD...
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
Write down every thing you eat
Take a multi vitamin at night
when picking up your kids from school get out of the car and greet them with a hug instead of waiting in the car curbside

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture

sleep in a cold room sleeping in a cold room is a best way to force your body to heat itself up for hours

forget the dried cranberries which have added sugar and add a half cup of fresh berries to top off your salad

what ever diet you follow, you need to strictly follow it and it is compulsory to do any physical activity for at least an hour and keep watching your weight.

The south beach diet does work but you have to exercise and stick to the diet. I was on it before they had all of the South Beach Diet food at the grocery stores and it I still lost a lot of weight.

Not a silly question when you are at the beach the sand smooths your feet the salt water cleans your skin
and the sunshine makes you feel great ... some on the things you can do to feel that way at home is head to bath and body works and buy the scrubbing salt soaps... I love them they make you feel all smooth and soft....and treat yourself to a pedicure every couple of weeks and if you are not in the sun a lot on a daily basis take a vitamin D pill which you ca buy over the counter at any pharmacy because a lack in vitamin D can cause bouts of depression or just feeling down.. and so many Americans are vitamin D deficient and don't realize it and this is basically because we work all day in doors and when we get out it is home to dinner and then it is nighttime before we know it... therefore we are not in the sun enough to soak up all the vitamin D we need. but really the bath and body works scrubbing salts are my winter life saver and when I cant go to the beach lifesaver and I also use a lotion with a tint like L'Oreal Sublime Glow for the Body ,This is a great, inexpensive gradual tanner. Its best to apply it over the course of a couple days so the tan can gradually grow darker. Apply after you exfoliate in the shower and apply a thin layer of moisturizer. I loved the shimmer it leaves behind and the price. $10
