Question: i take body fortress muscle and weight gainer but i get diarreha. I work out but i dont gain any weight. I eat alot, foods with less fat usually. What else should i do?

I am not familiar with body fortress, but try just 100% pure whey protien instead. Im guessing the weight gainer has loads of other freaky chemicals and junk you don't need. Add complex carbs to your diet (fruit, vegetables, whole grain products). Do not eat junk carbs just to gain weight, unless you want that weight to be fat, not muscle. Junk carbs are things like processed flour products (white and wheat bread, white rice, pastas that don't say whole grain, sweets, etc..) How to gain muscle mass? Only one answer - resistance training and increased protien in your diet. You may be a hard gainer, which just means it will come on slower. Make sure you are doing sets of under 10 reps until muscle faliure. Which means lift a weight until you can absolutely not lift it one more time. If you reached 10, you need a heavier weight. Take the protien as directed on the container. Good luck.

Many low intensity reps followed by less of a higher intensity and then less of an even higher intensity (in the same session). Try not to do any highly aerobic activities like running and don't push yourself too hard. Working too hard will just damage the muscle rather than building it. In terms of food I wouldn't bother with weight gain products. Try replacing them with egg whites (fried or boiled), nuts and meat.

One problem you have is you don't know enough to be able to ask a question we can answer. That's not a putdown, it's an indication that you really don't know what you're doing. So, the first thing you need to do is study....and I don't mean websites. You have one body and it has to last a lifetime so caring for it is and always will be your responsibility. Your body has to follow your brain. It has no other option. So, you need to feed your brain a healthy diet of good information. If you don't, you can't expect your body to respond and you will probably be wasting more time, resources, and effort than necessary. That means study. Do your homework, create a list of achievable and realistic goals, create a fitness plan, and then put it into action. Unfortunately that is easier said than done because good sources of information are not as plentiful as poor ones on the internet so they are very hard to find. The internet is full of bad information for the simple reason that anyone can say anything about any product without fear of repercussions. The result is the internet is saturated with bad information designed to get you to buy products and services which spawns myths and misconceptions about all sorts of things related to building a better body. For that reason you should always be skeptical. Internet sellers will do anything to get your money including using fake reviews, phony testimonials, bogus science papers, false articles, celebrity whores, scam news reports and more. Never believe advertising without cross checking or confirming the information with valid sources. Advertising cannot be trusted!! Try to avoid dot COM websites with lots of cool pics of hot bodies and try to find alternative dot GOV and dot EDU sites. Websites at the top of the search results should be suspect because they are the most popular and popular does not mean good. Popular means mediocre. I always check page 2 or 3 or more of the search results looking for reliable and often overlooked websites. Don't forget about libraries and bookstores. They're still relatively pristine places to go for information unpolluted by the junk information which is so prevalent on the internet. In the mean time, I suggest the following. Now, about your problem. You are probably over training. It's the most common problem new trainees have. You didn't tell us what kind of system you're working or how many splits but you should only work every muscle once a week. There is not enough room here to be able to tell you all you need to know. So study. But if you just work each muscle to absolute failure with max burn and then, having made that inroad and weakened the muscle, don't work it again for a week, you'll probably be surprised at the results. Almost all noobs can screw up and still build muscle. But the more trained your muscles get, the harder it becomes to make gains.
