Topic: What is the best stimulant free fat and carb blocker or diet pill for women?
June 16, 2019 / By Claire Question:
I'm a 30 year old female who can't take diet pills with stimulants. My diet consists mainly of dairy and pasta, so I need a carb blocker or fat burner. I've checked out numerous websites claiming to be impartial but they all turn out to be promoting one brand or another. Any advice, and please, I know that exercise is the best way to lose weight and i am active. So diet pill advice only, please.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

If you can't take any stimulants, try a cleansing diet. I prefer Ultimate cleans and also take Source of Life Vitamins. Drink lots of water and eat as many veggies as you can (fiber fills you up and keeps you clean). You can sill eat your pasta but you will need to watch the amount you intake. If you prefer a carb blocking pill or die pill, your best bet is to ask your doctor because the diet pills that block carbs generally have a stimulant as an ingredient.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHMKS
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I am not Asian but I buy a lot of Asian clothes, and I have to agree, it is normal to be much smaller than the average American in Japan, etc. A size small here is a size medium/ large there! I am good friends with a few Chinese immigrants who all have darling figures. Not to sound stereotypical or whatever, but I've noticed they are ALL very active and industrious people. Always moving about, organizing, cleaning things, etc. They don't seem to ever be in idle mode. Just moving and burning calories seems to be their secret. I've also noticed they seem to stay more hydrated than most people. Always sipping water or hot tea. That's good for moving along things you're digesting quickly, and keeping you from retaining water weight. *shrug* my observations.
