"Quick dieting pills" work.. but in the next 2 months.. All or most of that weight that you have loss.. will be RIGHT back. Plus the liver and kidney failure.
If you do want to lose weight, talk to your doctor about Phentermine. It's the revised version of Fen-Phen and under doctor consent, has worked wonders for me ! Ive loss about 57lbs Using this Phentermine. You will only be prescribed a one year supply but in 12 month you'll have loss as much weight as you wanted to and then some! It's alot cheaper than those "lose weight quickly!" pills.
With your regular blue care network health insurance It'll cost about 5$

There is no good dieting pill; they're dangerous. Also, if you try and drop ten pounds by fad dieting, you'll gain 20. That's the way to madness.
Instead of pills, try increasing your activity level and substituting healthier selections for what you normally eat. The weight will come off and stay off that way.
make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall

We should all learn something every day and hopefully you will learn this.
There is no such thing as a diet pill, liquid, powder, or fat burner supplement!
Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without having to spend a dime advertising if someone had the magic formula.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn't approved any new ones for 14 years.
These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don't get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.
I say it over and over and over. "If any one of these products really worked, why are there so many?"

I'm in the same boat so I won't tell you what I myself don't want to hear. However, I have heard that the Acai Berry is said to be good. The problem I had with that though is that there are so many different oines on the market that you really don't know what your getting. There are some that have fillers in them and others that are nothing that they say to be. The most expensive is not always the best either. I tried one bgrand and it was an utter failure. Best to seek advice from a chemist (pharmacy, health shop) that you know has a good rep and then do some research on it yourself.
Personally, if there is a pill out there, I have yet to find it. Good luck in your search!

There is no quick fix, only scams. You didn't gain all your weight overnight, and it won't go away overnight. If a safe weight loss pill actually existed, the maker would be a multi-billionaire, since most people in this country would buy it.
You did well losing 20 lbs in 3 months. Just keep up what you are doing! The first 20 are always easiest to lose.

try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats

Most methods of contraception are pretty safe, as long as you take the pill properly there's a very very slim chance you'd become pregnant. The only thing you might need to worry about is STDs, even long-term boyfriends can have them so make sure he's checked first. If you're too anxious about pregnancy use a condom with the pill, a worry free method which i find equally as enjoyable as unprotected sex.
