Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I've lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life.The weight loss program has proven to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended). Hey Nicole, First off you do not have to spend any money at all to get health and shed a few extra pounds. Anyone that says you need to spend money is either after your money or is on some kind of scam. Weight loss and getting in good shape is just eating a little less and being a little more active. Walk more, drive less. If you drive, park 5 minutes walk away form your destination... About the eating; nothing special is going to shed the weight, so eat what you normally eat, just a bit less. Less fat in meals will instantly help with weight loss. All these gimmicks and spending money we don't have and don't actually need to spend really make me mad. My GF and I go for a long walk (30 minutes) every night - rain or sine after out evening meal. If you search on Zuzana on YouTube, she has some excellent exercises you can do at home They all work in getting you beach ready! Best wishes, RR

Let's face it, losing weight is not easy. I am a person who has basically been overweight for most of my life. I have faced abuse and ridicule and have been desperate at times to find a solution to this weight problem. I am pleased to report that I have now managed to find a weight loss program that works for me, in this article I am going to explain how it works. I hope other people are also able to find an inner peace via losing weight in the same way that I have. Like I am sure many of the people who read this article have done, I have tried many forms of weight loss programs with mixed success. We are all of course individuals and this was my excuse when I would realise that I had failed yet again to lose weight. How can so many other people have success when I am unable to? This is a question I would often ask myself. Around two years ago I decided to admit a number of things to myself. Firstly, I eat to much. Secondly I do not do enough exercise. This in a nutshell was why I was obese. The next question was how was I going to change this lifestyle as I really enjoyed eating and really hated any form of exercise. Some of my friends seemingly enjoyed going to the gym three times a week but this was just not me at all. I am a very homely person who loves to stay in and watch the television. I eventually decided that I would start to exercise at home when watching the t.v. I bought myself an exercise bike and a rowing machine and duly began on my quest to lose weight. They both have on them a setting which shows how many calories you have burned off after each mini session. Just to lose two hundred is hard enough for someone like me. This actually worked very well as I then started to read the labels of the food that I was about to eat. Three hundred calories for that little amount of food I would say to myself, just think of the amount of work I would have to do on the rowing machine to counter the affect of eating that, it is not really worth it. I now exercise on most evenings and always watch what I eat. In the last two years I have lost a lot of weight using this strategy and am finally a weight that I am happy at.
