to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it. ***try this u need to change ur diet. eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving. ***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings. u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins*** also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free. also for those wanting sexy hot abs. a nice toned stomach comes from a body with low body fat. so if ur overweight and u do a million crunches or any ab workout you r wasting your time!!! cant see the muscles under fat. low body fat equals=a nice flat toned stomach. ***plan ur meals ahead of time.always have a healthy snack with u so u wont be tempted to eat fast food. also if u wait to late to eat u will get so hungry u will eat the world. make time to work out start out with 30 mins then increase.its ur body treat it right. ur diet alone can help lose weight but working out makes ur body look good. shows muscles and tight skin which is sexy and beautful. stick with it ur body will amaze u!!! to be healthy and look great u need both in ur life. good luck

According to several fitness pros, you should eat mostly carbs before workouts and mostly protein after. Why? Carbs are used for energy. Protein is mostly used to repair your body's cells (example: to repair tissues that have been "broken down" from using weights.) Fats are used for several things: for satiety (keeping full longer), taste, and they help you to absorb certain vitamins. You will hear bodybuilders refer to these as "macro nutrients." It doesn't matter if you don't want to look like a body builder...it is only a matter of severity. You can just use their knowledge to get rid of your fat, not to bulk up. It takes a lot of effort to get "bulky" anyway. So, how much do you need? Depends who you ask. Someone will always disagree with someone else on this, so that's why you need to search and also see what works best for you. I haven't found the "magic number" yet, but I do my best workouts (and feel my best) if I have COMPLEX carbs (not white flours or sugars, which are processed) 1-4 hours before. You should think about foods in "servings." If you eat 1-2 servings of carbs and 0.5-1 servings of protein (and vegetables too) before a workout that will probably do you good. Sometimes, simple sugars will sustain you (example: orange juice) before, but if you are working at a high intensity (which is often required to lose fat), you need to eat complex carbs, which will stay in your system longer. But they also need to be eaten at least an hour before so your body can have a head start at breaking them down before you work out. Remember, when you are exercising, your body uses the majority of your blood to work your heart and transfer oxygen and broken down carbs (glucose, aka energy) to muscles. When you're done exercising, your body goes back to metabolising your food. So be careful not to eat or drink too much, just a little to give you a little omph (energy!) After your work out, you should have fast release protein with a fast release carb (simple carb). The best proteins are protein (isolate) powders or egg whites and the best carbs are simple carbs such as a cup of juice or chocolate milk. It is also a good idea to do this first thing in the morning after your body has been fasting (sleeping), but you can eat a few more carbs and add fat as well if you like. To answer the first part of your question, Body-for-LIFE suggests you eat 6 small meals a day. These meals should include one serving of lean protein and one serving of complex carbohydrates. You should eat at least 3 servings of vegetables (I think 5+ would be better) and 1 serving of fat (omega 3's) such as 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter or flaxseed oil or 1 serving of salmon. It doesn't matter your gender because 1 serving is the size of the palm of your hand. Also, take a multivitamin and drink lots of water (2-4 liters per day). I'm only suggesting BFL as a guideline...the people who follow the program have amazing results! The program seems fairly balanced and healthy also. The more you know the science, the better you can play around with your diet and lose weight easier by working with your body chemistry rather than working against and feeling defeated. You can do it!!!

eat 6 small meals a day...stick to complex carbs which is in the oatmeal...get lots of protein to build lean muscle which the chicken nd protein shakes...take a good multi vitamin...if you want to go with weight loss pills i would say dont take anything but tonalin cla and/or green tea extract (i would do both of them at the same time) meal 1 :instant oat meal (plain with cinnamon) meal 2 :protein shake meal 3:salad (everyone has there own thought on dressings when i want to lose weight nd i just rough it nd use lemon juice) meal 4:apple meal 5:protein shake meal 6:chicken (grilled or baked) with veggies (personaly myself i drink a gallon of water a day which will help cravings and will help you feel full some ppl say it helps boost you metabolism but im not quite sure...i know it will clean out your body of toxins which will result in many thinks such as better skin ) dont chug it sip on it through out the day and drink it with meals 60 pounds is kinda impossible nd 90 is deff because there is 3,500 calories in a pound of fat so thats 210,000 calories burned and 90 pounds is 315,000 calories burned...say your burned 1000 a day (which is a lot!!!!thats jogging for an hour no break) that would take you 210 days to burn 60 pounds and 90 would take you 310 days good workouts for fat buring is p90x (google it) havnt seen one better yet also look into a BMR Calculator they have them online just copy nd paste onto google it tells you how many calories you should bring in a day basicly what your body burns just living...dont cut calories nd dont over go the number they give you...quick story they did a test on what cutting calories does...so they brought them to 1500 they lost like 15 pounds in a month but the month after sticking to the same amount of calories they only lost 3 then the next month they didnt lose any at all. When they got back on the 2000 calorie diet they gained back more weight then what they started with....your body will adapt to the amount of calories you take in so dont think eating nothing will help you lose weight because you are basicly controling your starvation...as a natural body defence against dieing if you barely eat you body doesnt know when its going to eat again so it will start saving everything as fat. numbers on a scale is not what you should go by measure your body fat and try to cut that down...the old saying goes muscle ways more than fat which is true you can stay the same weight but lose fat....take a pic every week of what you look like you will see a big diffrence if your doing everything right. good luck keep me posted

The quick reply to this question is, lamentably, "It relies." The breasts are composed of 2 major forms of tissue: the glandular tissue that makes the breast do what it's developed to do (dispense milk by way of the nipples while lactating), and the fatty tissue that involves the relaxation of it. Some females have extra glandular than fatty tissue, others the wrong way round, and a few have approximately identical quantities. So, for a few females, once they achieve weight (i.e. fats), it's saved such a lot speedily of their breasts. Other females, now not such a lot. Look at your possess historical past of gaining weight, and you are going to be capable to examine simply in which your frame has a tendency to retailer extra fats. Is it for your breasts, or your hips, or your thighs? Another factor to don't forget is, while a few females, who tend to retailer their extra fats of their boobs, drop pounds, the boobs keep the identical dimension; others lose the burden of their boobs once they drop pounds total. It is rough to deliver a definitive, one-dimension-suits-all reply to this question, since each girl is special.

that is going to be very hard - you are really going to have to work hard and remember to stay positive - however this can be unhealthy, especially if you are at a normal/low weight already. you should ask your doctor if losing this amount of weight is healthy just to be safe.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
