Question: if some one out here can get me a free list of a no carb dite would you ple send it to me. thank you terry. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO EAT ARE NOT EAT . HELP ME.

Stay away from ALL white foods- white bread, white rice, white pasta., etc. Replace with whole wheat. Eat lots of veggies, and fruits.

personally for me i get high energy levels on high car/low fat diet. if you really love fruit you should read the 80/10/10 diet my dr. graham ! this book as changed my life (cliche i know)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

You need to eat carbs. Carbs are the ONLY nutrient that your brain uses for fuel; without it, your health suffers. Your body starts to use other nutrients, so they aren't dispersed equally. Want to lose weight? Eat 1500 calories a day, whatever you want (although obviously you'll be better off if you eat a balanced, nutritious diet). That includes carbs, fats, and protein!

No Carb diets are excellent for losing weight short term, but they are very hard to follow long term. I've looked at the percentages for all sorts of diets, and balanced diets are followed much longer than extreme diets (No Carb, Fasting, etc.). I personally recommend looking at the following little known blog: http://finally-real-weight-loss.blogspot.com This guy in Texas has put together, in my opinion, the most comprehensive source for weight loss information anywhere. Good Luck finding the right diet.

If you are doing this for two weeks, expect to put the weight back on quickly when you go off the low carb diet. Instead, try the "no sugar, no flour" diet. It is healthier. You can have all the fruits and vegetables you like. All lean meats, fish, poultry are fine. Just avoid sweets and bread. To satisfy that sugar craving, try grapes, mini carrots, sugar free jello.
