Cut out all soda. You'll be amazed what that alone will do. No more fast food either. If you can't or don't like to cook, my fav is lean cuisine frozen meals- they actually taste great! As far as diet if you cook- take a look at the portion size of your meals. Take what you would normally eat, put it on your plate. Then take 1/3 of it and put it back. Just cutting out that much of a serving portion can cut anywhere from 150-200 calories out of a meal. Also try to get more leafy greens into your diet- not only are they good for you but most are also high in fiber and will keep you full for longer so you're not tempted to snack as much. As far as liking to snack goes- if you do, find the healthiest ones from the ones you love and make those a go to instead of the super junk food kind. I'm not a fan of all those diets that you can't eat certain things on. Cuz you always crave what you're not supposed to have. And it's harder to stick to if you're always focused on wanting something SO BAD...

Oprah is a good example of trying the best diets & exercise money can buy, look at her now. You can lose weight in 3 weeks or less if you put your mind & body into it. Eat smaller portions of meat, (8 oz can be cut up into smaller servings), less carbo, no potatoes, rice instead, avoid fattening and baked foods. No cakes, frostings, whipped cream, butter. If you want ice cream, one scoop in a cone. No seconds! Eat as much veggies and fruits w/out syrup, about 5 servings a day. You can have a cookie a day, if you like cookies but with peanut butter or oatmeal & raisins. No big portions of muffins, croissants, etc. No junk food. If you must, eat only a handful, not a bagful. For salad, don't use creamy dressing, don't add fattening croutons. Make your own honey, mustard dressing, or viniagrette (sp), there are some Italian dressings that are really tasty, go to recipes online or Olive Garden and use their recipe. Nuts are good for you, but at the same time they're also fattening, so too much of anything is not good for you, also.

This is because of the high water and fiber content of the salad and low calorie dressing. Also, eat lots of celery. It has only 8 calories, but amazingly, it takes more than 8 calories to digest it. So, you actually BURN calories by eating celery! It's not much, about 2 calories per 8 inch stalk, but it sure doesn't hurt. Avoid sodas as much as possible. Instead, drink flavored water or unsweetened iced tea. Take broth-based soups. They are a relatively low in calories. A commerically-available ready to eat "chicken and stars" soup may only have 80 calories for 1 serving, much less than diet "meal shakes" or nutrition bars. These may help you.Practice good eating habits. Always use utensils and sit at the table. This stops you from eating precariously. Eating with your hands will mean that you take in more food in one scoop. Don't forget to eat slowly and stop when you're full. Similar to the above step, if you can't stop, drink up! Maybe your body is thirsty and hungry no more! Also, you can do any other chores (other than eating). For instance, go shopping, or play badminton with your friend, or play games on the computer! Spread out your diet! Eat more small chunks of meals, rather than 3 big meals. If you eat 100-150 calories or so every two hours, your body stays in a higher-metabolism digesting mode. Trying to lose weight can be very difficult. But don't resolve it by starving yourself or paying money for any weight loss program.There are easier ways. First not eating so many unhealthy foods, eat them in less amounts.Second make healthier foods such as fruit salads, vegetables, dairy products like milk instead of coke, juice, yogurts, special k cereal. These are some various examples of eating healthier. Tend to be more active as well. If you have a pet dog take it for long walks.You can also join an activity to keep your mind off food. People usually are hungry because they don't keep themselves preoccupied with other things so they become bored and therefor makes you hungry. Join a martial arts or yoga class this will keep you both fit and make you feel better about yourself.

to lose weight as fast as possible try running or other aerobic exercises(swimming, bicycle) it's the fastest and best weight eat alot of (in order of importance)FRUIT/VEGETABLES and MEAT, moderate amount of bread healthy food (NOT about amount) is only like 30% of losing weight exercise is 70% low-carb diet sounds right, carbs make up alot of the fat

no, you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. to lose weight, simply eat more fruits and vegetables. you can eat a lot more fruits and vegetables because they're lower in calories.
