So It started yesterday evening I tried going to the bathroom but nothing would come out so I decided I didnt need to go. Now It hurts to sit down and im scared also I have never been constipated since i was 6 so i dont rememer what to do. I have tried eating oatmeal, drinking water, and eating yogurt. I can't take laxatives or enema. What should I do :( . Also Im too embarrased to tell my mum
