I already breast feed and I give him DHA with codliver and Vitamin D3 drops ( all in one ). I have also been making his baby food since he started eating.........anything else i can do......winter/ flu season is coming and i want to be as prepared as possible...................PLEASE NO "FLU SHOT" SUGGESTIONS

Babies get sick, that IS how they develop an immune system, when they are sick, they are developing antibodies so they won't get sick in the future. It's ironic, I know....
They only have the immunity they get from you - and that should be wearing off shortly, and the antibodies they develop on their own by exposure to germs....yep, getting sick.
It's not a bad thing for babies to get sick (though admittedly, its' scary AND a pain) - it's keeping them too clean and sterile that might be a problem though. Kids that are prevented from exposure to germs have much higher rates of asthma. Which might explain why rates of the breathing disorder are rising in the first world.

Strap a harness with like 3-5 pounds and let your baby crawl around pulling it. he/she will be ripped and you won't have to worry about bullies at school
