Question: I'm not really overweight or anything, but I do have fat thighs and love handles. I want to get rid of as much of that fat as possible in the next three days by only working out. So, how much do you think I can lose? Also, what is a healthy amount of times in a day I can exercise for small period? Or would it just be better to work hard for a long period of time every day? I can't really diet or just stop eating.. I have hypoglycemia and I get super sick from not eating and I already don't eat as much as I should.

If you're losing weight for an event in three days, could lose probably 6 to 8 pounds as long as you're fully committed. But, if you need to keep the weight off in the long run, this won't work because you'll more than likely bounce back and gain the weight back because this is the body's natural response. If you lose weight too fast, your body will go into starvation mode. You can work out as much as you want as long as you don't start to feel sick. It's better to work out all in one session, but if you need to you can break workouts into 20 minute sessions at the least. Good luck! :)

If you do that, you might faint! If you want to lose fat, do interval training. Look up videos on You tube.

You could do 45 minutes of exercise for five times a week, or you could exercise for 1 and a half hour 3 days a week. Its up to you, but i suggest doing 45 minutes, 5 times a week. And you could search up the "3 day diet" on google, it can help you shed 7-10 pounds in 3 days, and you have to follow the diet exactly as it is. No substitutions. Also a water fast, will help you shed 10 pounds in 3 days, but if you go back your unhealthy eating habits right afterwards then you will gain all the weight back, or some more. So i suggest doing the 3 day diet, and doing it longer than 3 days. You could lose 40 pounds a month, if stick to it for a month. Again you willl find more information on it somwhere else.

it is really hard to lose weight in 3 days and if you do lose weight your only gonna lose about a few grams a day.it would take about 1 week to lose about 2kgs and if you do exercise the amount is 1-2 hours a day but not altogether but bit by bit.for your eating habits you should eat 6 small meals a day so that includes breakfast,morning tea,lunch,afternoon tea,dinner and pudding.but the thing is that if you do have a healthy weight you really shouldn't be making yourself any skinnier than you already are. remember that you should not over do your exercising because you can get really ill.

It is very impractical to expect any results at all in 3 days. I wish that you have atleast a 30 day slot to think of a weight loss programme. Do not try to over-exert yourself by working out intensely and for long duration, just to reduce weight. You can dress tactfully so as to look thinner than what you are :-) there are nice ways to do it. Maybe you can try them for the time being instead of thinking of exercising to reduce weight in 3 days.

Not much. One pound is about 3500. There are calorie counters all over google, and you can easily find out how much calories you need everyday. Burning calories vary over what your doing, and how much you actually weigh. Working hard for a long periods of time (especially if your starving yourself) is unhealthy. Not to mention extremely hard. The best work-out is a carefully planned, short-burst, different types of exercise type of thing. Besides, anything over 1-2 pounds per WEEK of weightloss is considered unhealthy.
