When I got home that feeling was gone. I tried going to the bathroom and all I got was a rabbit turd. I tried to see if I had anything left and I felt blocked like before. I feel as if some things there but o can't push it out. I took prune juice last night... And nothing happend this morning. I just feel gassy and like I need to lay down. I have the urge to poop but can't. I have tried prune juice before but to no avail and the same results. I really don't wanna take a laxative... And I want to so this as normal as possible... Honest answers please.... I'm really stressed

did you have a poor diet from your yrs before? did you hold in your poop a lot when you were young? I have suffered the same symptoms you have. Never hold in your poop. it will make you even more constipated. You may also lack enough exercise which may be causing you to be constipated. Try to drink water throughout the day. Before you go to the toilet, try drinking a warm to hot glass of water down quickly but not too fast. Drink prune juice, eat more fruit, don't eat chips, crackers, milk, cookies. Don't drink cold liquid. Imitate the squat position while on the toilet by putting footstools under your foot. this will help you poop more easily. breathe in through your nose and release your air by blowing it out with your mouth slowly. Try to incorporate more prunes, tomato sauce, pears, cranberry juice into your diet. Just try to eat as much fruits as possible. You can try metamucil, flax seed powder, pysilium husk powder, miralax which you can get at your drug store. if you've done all of this and its still not clearing you out, you need to see a specialist. Stay away from using too many laxatives because it may cause you to rely on them. I was constipated for 5 yrs before i found out that i had a problem with peristalsis(moving of colon).

She is probably just constipated. This can happen if they have had a lot of fiber in their diet and not enough water among other reasons but these are most common. I have the same problem with my dog from time to time. Usually a little bit of milk gets things softened up and going. Hope this helps.

Most dogs will be constipated at some time or another in their lives, and it's usually nothing to worry about. Simply put, constipation is an inability to empty the bowels by normal means. If your dog seems to be straining yet cannot pass a stool, or if the stool is exceptionally hard, he's probably constipated. Usually the body can work the problem out by itself, but if the constipation lasts more than a few days, you should consult your veterinarian.
At this point, something is blocking your rectum and eating differently isn't going to cause it to become unblocked--you probably need to look into a laxative or a suppository. As someone who's been constipated a number of times before, I know how those can be necessary sometimes and they do clear it right up.

Constipation is often due to an unhealthy diet with insufficient fiber.
Most people don't eat enough fiber.
Macro cereal gentle fibre, oat bran, linseed, Psyllium seeds, wheat germ, wheat bran, Chia seeds and Psyllium husks are very high fiber foods and there is also a lot of fiber in fruit and vegetables.
Both constipation and IBS as well as diarrhea can often be cured with liquid chlorophyll as in a web search for "liquid chlorophyll" + constipation + ibs.
Other natural ways to relieve constipation are covered in a web search for "natural ways to relieve constipation".

could have whats called fecal impaction, make sure that your diet is high in fiber and water. Also make sure to eat low fat foods as that can make it harder to pass your bowl movements. Also when you do have a bowel movement , i know this may sound gross but look at it to make sure there is no blood, or foul odor or that it looks off color. If its any of the 3 it could be some type of condition. I would also be very careful when taking a laxative because they can be harmful to your intestinal system I would recommend getting gentle laxative, also try prune juice i know it might sound nasty but it helps to soften the stools. Also it could be medications that you are taking , if you are taking any
