Im gaining alot of weight fast!
And a trip to the beach is in the summer june 22,2007 to be exact and I need to lose wieght and I was wondering if I replace one or 2 meals with Slim Fast will i lose wieght?? Does it really Work???
Yes i am going to excersize too!

It does help you lose weight, but it is more of a quick fix than a long time solution. I'd recommend replacing just one meal with Slim Fast in addditon to exercise, but not more. Oprah went on an all liquid diet, and lost about a 100 pounds, but then gained all of it back. So Slim Fast should help you, but you must be careful to not eat extra, and that when you go off it you don't start guzzling food.

The diet must be followed precisely if the effect is to be realized. The diet must be followed for 13 days – no more no less.
You must drink at least 2 liters of water per day, if you feel hungry drink water.
You must use of the lump of sugar with your coffee.
If you wish to eat a little extra, stop the diet immediately. Sweets and chewing gum are not permitted.
If you follow the diet for 13 days, you will lose all surplus body fat (7-10kgs). If you stop the diet after day 8, don’t start again for 6 months. If you stop before day 8 don’t start again for 3 months. After 13 days you can eat normally without picking up weight during the next year. It should only be repeated after 2 years.
Lunch and dinner can be exchanged on the same day. If an amount is not specified, this amount is unlimited.
Salad = Lettuce
Water = Still or carbonated
Chicken skin is not permitted
Spinach can be exchanged with broccoli
Suck this in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and provide one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

Beans, beans, are great for your heart, the more you eat the more you... lose bodyweight actually. Super-effective and full regarding fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow the rate at which the stomach empties, meaning you continue to be fuller for longer.

Small changes really add up. I cut cola out of my diet and it's helped a lot.
If you don't have time to cook healthy meals buy a slow cooker. Chop up a bunch of veggies and some meat, throw it all in with some water and you have a healthy meal...but in a slow cooker you can get the food cut up and in the cooker in the morning and have it ready for dinner.
I walk my son to and from school so I'm making activity a part of my life, while the walk alone won't drastically change me overnight the concept or idea of working fitness into your daily routine and can really help. Walk instead of taking a car/bus not only does it save you money on gas/bus fair but it's a great way to squeeze in that extra bit of exercise.
While you are studying take jumping jack breaks, not only does this incorporate exercise into your day but in increases the oxygen flow to your brain which keeps you more focused and helps you learn things easier.
When you are reading class material try doing bicep curls, before long it will be second nature and you'll be able to focus on the reading while squeezing in that extra bit of exercise. (just use some light weight dumbbells that can be stored in your desk/out of the way). You could also use a resistance band if you prefer.
If you can wake up 20 minutes earlier try squeezing in the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. It is an interval training dvd and everyone I know has had results from using it, best of all each session is only 20 minutes long.
