Question: Hey, so I'm a 15 yr old girl and Ive been trying to get a toner body for a while. I reallly want to get in swimsuit shape by June; two months! I want a flat stomach and just lean thighs, and butt. i was wondering if someone could give me tips, and a plan on where i should start. I play lacrosse and have practice/games 5 days a week. If i do this, does that fill my exercise quota? should i work out on the weekends? Also, what should i eat? I get cravings a lot when i get home from practice, and i want to feel "satisfied" while eating the right things. PLease help me, Ive been trying for a while and none of my friends think i can do this I just want to be more confident with my body

You can eat something else regardless of what you crave. You are basically hungry. Often it is actually thirst that feels like hunger for food. So drink water before eating anything. You can't get a different body no matter what you do. You have to recognize the difference between flab and body structure. If it is simply fat cut your calories and increase your activity. Remember you have to have nourishment in order to have energy to be active so eat carefully and don't waste any opportunity to advance toward your goal. Be realistic. Between now and June you should not expect to trim off more than 25lbs. Don't rely on a scale. Part of this can be switching from fat to muscle rather than elimination of fat alone. Muscle has weight just as fat has weight.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have to work double on them. The best approach is this: 1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal weight, lower for overweight). 2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage. 3. Target your problem areas with exercises. an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

okay so im fifteen too, and all ou have to do is situps/crunches for about 30 minutes a day. or if you have time join your local community swim team and that will put you in the best shape, worked for me good luck and have an awesomeee summer =)

1. Mean ppl stop hatin on the girl 2. Work on the abs no need to become too skinny. 3. If you think looking good is by becoming super skinny don't try cause it cause it's kinda gross 4. You may be perfect right now but I dunno I don't have a picture

I have found Callanetics to a be a wonderful exercise program for toning. I tend to carry my weight below my waist, hips & thighs. I did Callanetics one hour program only once a week and I was seeing exciting results in three month. It sounds like you are really ready to rock. You will find they work muscles you never knew you had! Which is why it is such a good toning program. =) Diet, hmm... All I can tell you is what's worked for me. I would recommend fresh fruit for breakfast, as much as you want. Fruit usually doesn't last very long and being hungry on a diet is not a good idea. I have started having a fiber drink after my breakfast wears off. I suggest finding something with a high percent of psyllium. I found the more psyllium the longer you stay full and the less likely you are to eat something you shouldn't. If you can stand it you can get straight psyllium. You just have to be sure you drink it the instant after you mix it with liquid. I like to mix it with orange juice, psyllium has a funny texture and the orange juice hides it well. For lunch, if it were me I would have something without meat and I would start with a salad. Say, salad & baked potato, salad & pasta, salad & soup. Dinner, again I would start with a salad. If you start with that you won't be as hungry for other things, it will be easier to eat less. Go ahead and have your meat in the evening. Your body will have time to digest it properly now. A lot of the extra weight we carry around is toxins. We eat too much junk food and foods that are too complicated. We also eat things at the wrong time. Meat takes a long time and a lot of energy to digest. If we eat it in the morning or at lunch when we are going to be busy the rest of the day the body has to store it some where till it can have the energy to take care of it. I'm sorry, I'm getting carried away. Drinking a lot of water helps everything, including weight lose. Oh, and just having one helping at meals instead of two. That has helped me a lot! I don't dare say how toned or how much weight you could lose in two months. Everyone is different. But I do believe you can reach your goal. I really appreciate your writing.
