I personnally don't think you should use diet pills, your not over weight. I would just start out small, maybe eat half of what you normally eat, drink alot of water. Instead of diet pills get vitamins with fruit and vegetable vitamins. Working out always helps to :)

Not really. There are some that have ingredients that can act like appetite suppressants, but in my experience, I start to tolerate them after a while and they lose any effect. Frankly, I think all the pills on the market are a waste of money. You will always find somebody who had success with a diet or diet product, but anecdotes don't equal facts. The key to weight loss is eating less and exercising more. Your body needs to use more calories than you are taking in. Track your food and your exercise to see how you are doing.
I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

Don't even bother with the diet pills because most are ineffective! At 140, you are not overweight. You are in a healthy range. At the low end you could weigh 130 and be considered right on target. Anyway, I would try weight training, if you can afford it. You may not lose a whole lot, but you could tone up your muscles and that would make you look even more attractive.

Diet pills are dangerous and unhealthy. You've hit "the wall" in weight loss it sounds like! i have too! Can't seem to lose those last five pounds! So just eat a little less than normal and up the exercise! It will come off it just takes longer!

maybe after the 5lbs your body is telling you that you dont need to lose anymore body fat.....i wouldnt suggest taking diet pills because most of them dont even work and they're meant for people overweight...if you want to look slimmer, since your body doesn't want to lose anymore fat, try lifting weights and now toning instead of going for weight loss, that might do the trick! and plus if you lift weights and build muscle, your body burns more fat so maybe that last few pounds your body doesn't want to let go of will go!

Taking pills was a huge turn off but looking at slimquick they actually had some alternatives. - they have packets that mix into water- try these you can get mixed berry or lemonade flavor. You are also hydrating and don't need to swallow horse pills! I have lost about 20lbs in just over 2 months and feel awesome. you can look them up online-they also have some pretty neat tools. good luck, cheers
