Constipated and have diarrhea?

Constipated and have diarrhea? Topic: Constipated and have diarrhea?
July 21, 2019 / By Antwan
Question: I constantly have to go to the bathroom. My stomach keeps growling and I feel I need to go again! It's only been about a minute! But whenever I go to the bathroom nothing seems to come out at all. I heard people can die from constipation and I'm scared! :( especially because I also have diarrhea, bad headaches, constant growling, stomach pain and anxiety. And I want to know if it's bad to have diarrhea and constipation at the same time?

Constipation and diarrhea at the same time suggests IBS. Constipation is often due to an unhealthy diet with insufficient fiber. Most people don't eat enough fiber. Wheat germ, wheat bran and Chia seeds are very high fiber foods and there is also a lot of fiber in fruit and vegetables. Both constipation and IBS as well as diarrhea can be cured with liquid chlorophyll as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22l... Other natural ways to relieve constipation are covered in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22n...

When my dog had diarrhoea I was told by the vets to starve him for 24 hours so all the bug and whatever that it irritate him is out of his system and to give him chicken And rice for a day 3 times. Make sure the rice is organic brown rice And cook the chicken in the oven and then after you have fed him chicken and rice that will make his stool harder. That's what chapelfield vets told me to do and it did work. Also make sure that he I drinking pently of water.

Did you switch the food he was having without doing it gradually? This is often the one thing that sets off a diarrhoea situation, assuming he doesn't have an infection going on. Can you take his temperature? It should be around 101 although 102 would just suggest stress. Normally the best practice would be to take a new dog straight to the vet for a health check, so you know from the start what you are dealing with. I'd contact the previous owner, and find out what they were feeding, if you've switched, and get him back on that. Otherwise, withhold food for 24 hours, reintroducing him onto boiled rice, and chicken which is bland. Also some natural yogurt helps clear up uncomplicated tummy upsets. Obviously if he deteriorates you are going to have to find a vet. He should be registered with a vet in any case, for the future because I'd lay odds you are going to need one, at some point in his life. If he starts vomiting as well as having diarrhoea, this could lead to dehydration (water should still be available, even if not food for 24 hours) in which case, he WILL have to see a vet. What about his vaccination - has it been done? Do you have his medical history, to take with you to the vet?

Pregnant women often are constipated. Such condition is caused by changes in their metabolism, and due to fact that pregnant women should avoid any rapidly working laxatives, natural medicine is a good choice. One of the oldest way to fight constipation is to eat dried plums. They are good natural laxative due to fact that they contains such compounds like dietary fiber, sorbitol and isatin.
