Without health problems, horrible rebounds, or death: you can't. But, there are a number of things you CAN do that will make the weight just pour off of you faster than average. I wrote a whole blog about it: www.myspace.com/thedavezone The blog is in the upper right under PROBLEM HELP and you don't have to join to view it. It basically says, 40 minutes of cardio daily, go vegetarian making sure to eat beans for protein, and avoid temptation. That's how I did it. I felt cleaner, full of energy, and meaured success in belt sizes. I was also driving a truck and stopped at places for the night that didn't have food - I reached a point where I would've taken a life for a plate of ribs - but I lost weight. If you can't go stark-raving vegetarian, you can at least cut down. You may not be a nutritionist, but everyone knows veggies are good for you, and ice-cream isn't. Cut whatever you can that you know isn't good for you. No salad dressings. Ice-water can fill you up. So can carrots and cucumbers. Here are some good ideas: 1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming. 2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State. 3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating. 4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself) 5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee. 6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. 7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy. 8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup. 9. Look into taking a multi-vitamin. Tone up the muscles: 1. Join a gym and get a trainer. 2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen. 3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body. 4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike 5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class. 6. Join the local YMCA. 7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER. In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan. 8. Crunches & Curl ups for the abs. Mental Health: 1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings. 2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to. 3. Learn how to meditate. 4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with. 5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance. 6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts. 7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night. 8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative. 9. Do something for someone else who needs help. 10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication. 11. Check out the book FEELING GOOD by David Burns. Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

I know you may not want to hear this but you cant lose weight fast there is no way (pills and patches do not work). You can lose weight though. Also if you starve yourself your body will start to store the food that you eat as fat. Then you will be going the other way that u want to. You need to eat at least a minimum amount for you to start losing weight. I lost 24lbs in i think 8-9 weeks, my wife lost 13lbs using my excel spreadsheet. You really wanna know? Ok so listen up. You need to eat only fruits and vegetables for 3 days. This next part requires a juicer... do you have one? They're a little pricey but it's worth it. Trust me. Then you need to go the grocery store and buy two weeks worth of fruit and vegetables. Once again, we are talking a little pricey but try and bare with me. Then you need to juice like mad and consume nothing but that for the next three days. You can drink as MUCH as you need. Oh, and you're going to want to get fiber supplements to take with the 3 days of liquid. Once you've completed your week cycle, your body should be slimming down already and now totally prepared to react to physical fitness. I don't lie... it works!!! I don't know the exact science behind it but somehow it preps your body to lose weight. Good luck!!

Losing or gaining weight quickly is very unhealthy, but starving yourself is even worse. Your body needs it's nutrients to function well. Exercise and eat healthy, and you'll begin to lose weight. Avoid pop and sugary/fatty foods.

Excercise girl! at least half an hour - an hour of jogging or walking or any kind of aerobic excercises. And for God's sake! Eat GOOD and HEALTHY- about 75% of losing weight comes from your diet!! I'm not talking about NOT eating! Eat full but eat healthy food.

Starving yourself will cause your body to think you have encountered a famine and will actually cause it to store fat....there is no quick way to lose weight...if you do it is only water weight which will return. The best way is to exercise and reduce your calories but not too much too fast

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far. I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes.
