September 17, 2019 / By Cherokee Question:
I have read all about Acai Berry. I know all the facts. What I am looking for is anyone that has taken it and actually lost weight using it. I am dieting and exercising as well. I jog/power walk 2 and 3/4 miles every day. I am hoping to get some weight off to fit into a dress that I bought to go out on my anniversary on October 17th. Over all I need to lose about 25 pounds but I am hoping to lose at least 10-15 by then. I want to do it healthy and I want it so stay off. Is this possible?? I have heard that Acai Berry is the best and healthiest thing to use. Does anyone know if this is true??
Thank you :)

The mere fact that it's being spammed to death on this group by a bunch of scammers is enough to make me avoid it at all costs.

I've actually had pretty great results using those two products together. I'm the type of person who dieted on-and-off for years, but I never really saw the results I wanted with diet and exercise alone. Like I'd drop a few pounds, but then hit a huge plateau no matter what I did. Adding acai berry and a colon cleanse helped kick up my metabolism and energy levels.
And I understand your concerns about colon cleansing - I was totally nervous about what would happen after I took it and whether or not I'd be running back and forth from my desk to the toilet all day. Fortunately, none of that was a problem - I think the real key is to find a gentle cleansing formula that includes a probiotic supplement. The supplement will boost the level of beneficial bacteria in your colon - which means you'll be digesting more of the waste product built up in your intestines instead of relying solely on elimination.
Anyways, if you want to learn more about the products that worked for me, check out my blog at http://www.sarasweightloss.org. I think both of the companies I use are still offering free trials of their products, so you could test them out and see if they work for you, risk free.

“You’ll be hearing a lot more about this rain forest fruit going forward. Acai is the off the chart for almost everything that kale is, in addition to naturally occuring Omega-3, 6 and 9 oils. It’s not only good for you, but many world class athletes drink it while training because it’s so loaded wiuth nutrients.”

Acai berries have been referred to as nature's most nutritious fruit. Acai berries are high in vitamins, minerals, protein, potassium, fiber, essential fatty acids, and most of all, antioxidants. If you have heard how great red grape skins and red wine can be for your heart and your immune system, just multiply that by 33 and you've got the acai berry! It is the combination of its high fiber content and high antioxidant content that makes it such a great weight loss aid. The fiber in acai berries helps to stimulate the digestive system and helps the body move old fecal matter out of the body. The average person carries around anywhere from 5 – 20 pounds of old intestinal sludge. The acai berry diet rids the body of this excess weight almost immediately.

Drink grape juice or wine. They are all made with 'berries,' and you might save some money. No, they won't help you lose weight, unless you cut down on your eating, change what your eating to a more healthy diet and start exercising. There has never been a magic bullet and ther simply never will be.
