Question: I have read all about Acai Berry. I know all the facts. What I am looking for is anyone that has taken it and actually lost weight using it. I am dieting and exercising as well. I jog/power walk 2 and 3/4 miles every day. I am hoping to get some weight off to fit into a dress that I bought to go out on my anniversary on October 17th. Over all I need to lose about 25 pounds but I am hoping to lose at least 10-15 by then. I want to do it healthy and I want it so stay off. Is this possible?? I have heard that Acai Berry is the best and healthiest thing to use. Does anyone know if this is true?? Thank you :)

Drink grape juice or wine. They are all made with 'berries,' and you might save some money. No, they won't help you lose weight, unless you cut down on your eating, change what your eating to a more healthy diet and start exercising.
