Question: I've got this turd stuck in my butt for 3 days now! It is very uncomfortable and painful! Please don't laugh at me, this is serious. D: I am in alot of pain! I reallly have to go, but everytime I try, I have to stop because it's too painful. D: My stool is too hard,dry, and big. D: What should I do? Will a sodium phosphate enema work? It's the only enema we have. I feel really sick. Please help me. D':

Milk of Magnesia!!!! 100% the best!! If you like cherry, I would definitly recommend the cherry flavored over the original. All it takes is 2-4 tbsp, which is provided with a plastic cup, wait 30 minutes, then it starts working like magic. Depending on how sever it is, it may take an hour to pass what needs to be passed or it may take longer, but it definitly gets the job done. There's no mixing anything, no waiting 12 hours, I would suggest having a glass of water handy to wash it down with cause it leaves a funny taste in your mouth. But there's no better product for constipation.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

wow. talk to your doctor again. tell him "I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT. TELL ME HOW!" and he had better tell you, or you'll want to change doctors. also, be happy with how you look. you will change as the years pass. but wanting to change some things about you isn't bad, you just need to do it carefully and slowly, so you don't lose control. some general tips: go swimming. eat dairy products. eat red meats eat soy products. eat peanuts and peanut butter. Eat 3 square meals a day. I'm glad you're wanting to GAIN weight vs losing it. scares me when girls try to lose to much weight. you'll naturally gain weight during your late teenager years. don't worry. just pray and do those things and talk to your doctor again.
