Question: I'm seeing my parents in a few weeks, I've been at college and I've lost a lot of weight. I don't want them to worry or anything. I mean, I look so different. Please help, as bizarre as this may sound Thanks!

Increase your calorie intake - 500 calories MORE than you normally do. Eat 5-6 meals a day or eat even more. Try to get enough sleep and don't over stress yourself.

brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.

There is not much you can do to increase your weight in only two weeks. You can dress in baggy or layered clothes to help conceal some of the weight loss. Other than that, just tell them you plan to eat better during the coming school term.

craft dinner and instant noodles before bed. drink soft drinks instead of water (this is really bad for you but it gives you belly like no other) Hey, this may not be the healthiest, but it'll do the trick :)) well if you want to go the healthier way: lots of carbs, lots of meat, and fancy coffees :)

A mini meal is a bowl of soup and 1/2 a sandwich, cheddar cheese and an apple, etc. - make sure that the weight you gain isn't just fat it will not give you a shapely enhancement but a lumpy one.
