I'm 14 and I started losing weight 2 weeks ago. I started at 186 and now I weigh 177. I'm 5'3 tall. Am I losing weight too quickly? Am I doing a good job at losing weight? Should I keep on doing what I'm doing?

Congratulations on your weight loss. You are a great age to start now. You are doing a good job.
Make sure at your age that you are not taking diet pills. You don't need them. They will only result in yo yo dieting. Eat small meals 4-5 times a day. This will increase your metabolism. Make sure you exercise daily too. Because losing weight can also mean losing muscle if you don't exercise.
It comes down to calories in/out and increasing your metabolism. There is no magic pill or secret.
You can do it!

just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
- think positive and keep smiling
Yep, I think yr losing weight too quickly. If you feel the need of losing weight then you should have a proper diet plan and a disciplined routine, then losing weight is good and this way takes quiet sometime. Whereas the way you are losing weight it looks abnormal so have a proper diet and routine and then lose yr weight or else it's of no use and abnormal

It all depends on how you're doing it. It you are watching portions and exercising and just eating healthier, then I think it can drop fast at the beginning. I battled anorexia for 7 years and realized how awful it was what I was doing to myself. I just hope you are doing it the right way. I went from 105 lbs to 150 lbs (crazy, but true!) and realized that I need to get back to at least 130 lbs the healthy way. I watch portions & run on my treadmill every day. I am going to start lifting weights soon also. If you wanna lose weight but look better than ever, just eat the right food (protein and other vitamins and minerals) and exercise. Evem walking a mile can burn 150 calories. Running a mile can burn over 200. Exercising helps you feel great physically and mentally. I feel better than ever and I promise, it is rewarding! Best of luck to you, nothing feels better than working towards a nice flat stomach and being able to wear a swimsuit in summer :) Trying to get to that myself! :)

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats
