Question: what is the best drink to drink that will shed pounds? my aunt said her doctor recommended Lipton Diet Green Tea and i can only drink a little bit of it or ill start to get sick cause it doesnt taste to good, i take diet pills which i like, i drink plenty of water and i started on cherry coke zero which is really good....im trying to lose weight before october need to lose about 40-50lbs can anyone recommend a great weight loss drink....i tried the Jillian drink but i cant find the tea bags in our stores, im desperate can anyone recommend a fast weight shed drink

5% Apple Cider (100% natural) 1sp. for 1 class of water. 10-30 min before breakfast, dinner and supper. -dont eat or drink anything after 6PM ( make it a habbit, it will be easy) - forget about suger for now. ( or forever:) - walk more and breath right ( fall in love with yoga:) - sleep well (thats a magic element) - be happy:) u will be great! u 'll see.

Sensa serves no useful purpose. It's a scam which you don't need unless you want some extra calories, just love the taste, and don't mind paying $30 a month for sugar. To me a fast weight loss is 2 pounds per week. That, however, may be slow to you. Two pounds per week is good. The problem with losing fast is keeping your body properly nourished on a very low caloric intake daily. And, people who lose fast tend to regain the fat more easily. So, two pounds per week is a good loss rate in general. i agree with some of the comments above, semi skimmed is the best.. errmmm.. i think milk is good to have because of the health in terms of calcium for your bones and daily life. you need dairy in youre diet.. i think youre better off just training hard with a balanced diet, low carbs but regular consumption of protein from meats, every 2 to 3 hours, keep youre metabolism raised for shredding the fat. ask me if you want a diet plan.. ive lost like 2 stone and a bit and am now in good shape, have abs and very fit in terms of cardio being as im a soccer player as well as a keen runner.. not blowing my own trumpet lol.. but is true.. back to milk just have it for breakfast with cereal no more than that really, all you need, if you have a cup of tea minimise it to like 2 to 3 cups of tea a day or convert to black coffee or peppermint teas which both dont contain milk and are excellent for raising metabolic weight for fat burning,, if you need any more help or need to ask questions please ask and im very happy to help you.. all the best
